I am NOT happy with your company at ALL. Not only was the sticker faded ( And i returned it.) but also it stright up looked like crap, and i am NOT happy and will not be ordering anything from your company again.
We advised Brandon that a sticker would be replaced, and to please return the sticker for QA purposes. We believe the sticker may have been faded due to low ink and would gladly send a new one or refund if necessary.

I'm not a fan of Ultra decals in general, as I find they don't stay stuck as well after multiple uses. But, what I did with this was to cut off the label part from the top, and mounted this one on my desk credenza with double-faced tape on the back of the decal. I liked the size of this one! I much prefer their die cut "sticky" decals, that stay stuck for a long time, permanently! Great company to deal with, low, affordable pricing, and huge product selection of every variety of decals and stickers you can imagine!
Had a small problem as Items were out of stock, Steve offered a upgrade for free are a full refund. I told him I would wait and he made good on his promise received my Items a few days later.
My order was processed and shipped quickly. Great vendor. It is great to know that vendors on ebay are so responsible for what they have signed up to do for shoppers.

Took over 2 weeks to receive my order (1 bumper sticker, shouldn't be that hard to gather and stick in an envelope). The site said free shipping, then when I checked out it added on an extra 2 bucks for shipping. Couldn't get any assistance, so I caved and paid the extra 2 bucks. Paid 3 bucks to have my bumper sticker magnetized. Instead of a magnatized sticker, I got a bumper sticker and a separate magnet which I had to cut down to the correct size. If I wanted to magnetize it myself, I would have bought a magnet at the craft store for 50 cents. I feel ripped off.
As stated on the website shipping is 1.99 unless order is over $20.00. Furthermore, magnetizing instructions are available on each product page before purchasing. I placed an order for a special law enforcement decal I cannot find ANYWHERE else. I also wanted to have it magnetized. It took 2 weeks to get to me, but the customer support was awesome. When I had questions about where my order was, they always got back to me and it wasn't some made up PR answer. Not to mention, the magnetized decal is AWESOME! I've already had family ask me where I got it!
Steve – quick note of thanks for the high-quality Miami Dolphins logo stickers! Put the 2" sticker on my laptop, the 5" sticker on the back of my new cooler, and the 8" x 8" Full Color Die Cut Decal sticker on the top of my new Cordova Adventurer (48Q) Aqua Cooler. I included some before-and-after snapshots of the 8" decal on the top of the cooler. Heck, it looks like it was made that way! Wasn't sure what to expect when I placed the order, but I have to say, I'm very impressed. I purchased 4 REFLECTIVE HAZMAT SPECIALIST decals, understanding that not everything in life is perfect, the colors in the decals seemed to rub off a bit. So I emailed stickershoppe about my issue... I ordered 5 stickers that were in stock but it still took 2 1/2 weeks to receive them. Forget calling nobody answers the telephone. This isn't the first time I ordered. I have ordered 3 times before and each time it takes 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to receive order. The only reason I continue to be a customer is because they have items you can't find anywhere else. YOU NEED TO GET PRODUCTS SHIPPED FASTER.

This is an order from 6 months ago shipped to Australia, the most likely outcome is that like many international orders they become lost or severely delayed. I provide refunds or reshipments for orders that do not arrive. This is the first I have seen anything from you in regards to this.
