They Caused my Credit Score to drop

I am so disappointed with their service. They promised to improve my credit situation in less than a month but that was no good. Worse, the authorized tradelines added caused my credit score to drop. They are a waste of time and money. A law suit is underway against them since they won't give me at least a refund.
