I was really excited after I purchased a bikini for this summer. However, I was SO disappointed with the item once it finally arrived (3-4 weeks later). It was definitely NOT true to size and the quality was terrible compared to the way it is advertised. Honestly, I felt stupid buying it off a site that would sell it for so cheap. You get what you buy. They do NOT offer exchanges/returns, much to my dismay.
I do not recommend this website to anyone! It is a company in China, the clothes are very cheap, very bad quality, and almost all the dresses I bought are very different from how they are displayed online. When I opened my package it was missing an order and I never received a notification by mail from them about it and they still charged me for the dress. I have sent several emails to start the return process and I have not received any response from them. Finally I ended up going to UPS to send that merchandise back according to the address that appears on their website and unfortunately UPS could not send the package back due to lack of information in the user's address. I think it is a fraudulent company to steal and cheat the client, take care of your money and do not buy in this place never!
I paid for a swimsuit recently from this site, and I am not happy with what I ended up with. Not only was my order almost two weeks late but also my bathing suit was nothing like the picture. The fabric is cheap, the build is different from the photos, it fits terribly on me, and it looks like I made the bathing suit myself. It's awful! And I can't even return it.
I paid $35 for 2 pr. Slacks. Did not fit. Even though the return address on the package said Chino, Ca. The email I got offered a $4 refund if I kept them. Otherwise I would have to return them to China. Postage would be I think $25. Wish I would have read the reviews first.
If I could give this website less than 1 star I would. I ordered a $45.99 dress from here a month ago, and it never came. I emailed customer service, and they told me they don't sell the dress anymore so I wasn't going to get it. I asked for my money back, and they said I could use a $33 coupon code on a different item. I agreed because it's better than nothing. I went to order a different dress that was $24.99 and shipping was $4.99. So it was definitely in within the $33 code. Then I noticed I had to put my card info in because the coupon code didn't pay for shipping. I am beyond frustrated at this point because I am losing more money, and not getting the dress I originally wanted. I would not recommend this website to anyone. If I had forgotten about the dress I would have given them $45.99 for nothing!
Please do not buy from this site! I cant believe I did! The clothes are Chinese, the company is chinese! I returned my whole order and they didnt pick up the order so it got sent back to me! I paid $35 for the postage! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MOMEY BACK! I'm making sure they get shut down! They keep emailing me saying they will refund the postage of $8.95vand not to bother sending clothes back!
As much as I'd like to give a good review because I truly like the products sold at this store I can't. For starters they offer a 3-5 business day shipping "express" and I paid for it but what they don't tell you is that's after their store handling which can take 2-5 days. Therefore it could take up to ten days to get your package. I needed mine by eleven days, seeing that my package didn't even get shipped until the end of the sixth "business day" and it could take 3-5days from then to get my package it's cutting it a little to close for my comfort. I just want people to know not to trust them when it comes to shipping. I emailed them twice before they replied and they only offered to subtract the difference from express cost with regular. I don't feel like that's good customer service. Second! They say from from Vancouver Canada which boards my USA State Washington. I feel like it shouldn't take that long to get here. With that said I feel like they are lying about their location because the email that was sent to me had Chinese writing on it. I don't trust this company and I am sad because I had high hopes.
