I wish there was a zero stars option.
Never received my order and they ignored my emailed. Then when they responded i got a one sentence 'ask the postal company.' Really horrible customer service. Be careful! They don't care about the customer or trying to help if something goes wrong. Their website is also falsey saying they will issue a refund if you are not happy to don't receive your order which is 100% not true. BE CAREFUL! They will not issue a refund, replacement or even try to help you. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Wish companies knew how important customer service was. Just look at their other feedback online and you'll see exactly what they think of the customer. Very appalling and they won't last long if they continue to act this way.

I placed an order with Stationery Pal in end of April 2022, and it got delivered somewhere in CA (I live in WA). I sent an email to their customer service with the confirmation emails and confirmation of delivery to an address in CA. They took a week to respond, and after further prompting, said I needed to wait 15 business days. It's now July, and not only have I not received a response, I still have no word on a refund. My order was for $100, and I've got nothing. Do not trust Stationery Pal.

Ver bad experience

I am in rush to send the items i bought as birthday gift to my friend. Its totally unacceptable to delay for a week because one item is out of stock, if its oos you should not allow customer to make purchase. I am very disappointed no one notice me until I send 3 emailto chase very bad experience
