This is the worst company! They are liars and will say anything to get your money. Quality assurance told me the foreman would be able to adjust the price based on the furniture I had. This didn't happen and I had to pay double of what I was told. Do not use them! If you are moving do not use a broker.

Chose the company based on reviews and settled on Star Van Lines. We had no trouble getting into a narrow alley for loading from the backyard. The driver wore a bright vest and set up traffic cones. Unloading went smoothly as well.

Maksym was very very responsive on email and text and Emil was also very responsive and took extra care with all our items ~ and was happy to pay special attention to my special items!
