After years of using Stanley Steamer and being a satisfied customer that has changed.
I had my living room Carpet cleaned and it looked great at first, However after a week the stains resurfaced.
We just had our tile floor in the kitchen cleaned.
We also had some process applied that we paid extra, did not do a thing. The floor does not look good to me at all.

Had two young men here on November 6 to clean four chairs. One chair that was really soiled I didn't think would not come clean but to my surprise it came out so clean, I was really happy about that, it is my favorite chair. Both men were very courteous and professional. I give them five stars and I highly recommend Stanley Steamer.

I had the carpet in my apartment (cleaned), what they actually did was steam it. That brought up old stains! They do not suction the steam up! I had to use scatter rugs, entering the rooms not carpeted for 3 days, despite alternating the furnace & air continuously. By the 3rd day I could walk onto the solid surface areas without leaving a puddle. The nap is gone!

The company seems to higher terrible people who don't know how to do a job correctly. I had my grout done and it does not even look clean. They got everything very wet and left splashes on my appliances. Find someone who knows how to do the job and skip them.

My appt. Was scheduled between 12-5pm. I called at 5:10 to find out the status. I was on hold for 15 mins. She finally returned and apologized for the long hold… she said they would not be at my house until maybe 6 or so. She could not give me an ETA…, No offer for a discount or apology. She said I would get an automated text. I cancelled.

Took off from work and wasted an entire day. Will not schedule with them again!

Steven and his associate came today and they were friendly, helpful and very professional.
They wore masks and were very considerate of any concerns I might have had.
I highly recommend these two gentlemen.
Will be calling again soon to have them take care of my hardwood floors.

I had my carpet and hardwood floor cleaned this past Saturday. Jase and Kyle did a great job with the carpet plus they did the couch and an area rug. They were professional and everything that was done looks great. I would have them back again. Stephanie in Hixson

I had my less than 2 year old rugs cleaned by Stanley Steamer. The girl that cleaned my rugs said she couldn't get them clean because the scotchguard was worn off. After she left, I did the rugs with my Bissell and I got them clean. Should have done them myself. Called the company and they wanted to come and do the rugs again but I had already cleaned them. Forget them!

Stanley Steamer cleaning crew Fernando Sanchez and Dearius Henry came to clean my carpets on November 14th, 2014. I live in Anoka Mn. My carpets were very dirty. These 2 men did a wonderful job. They were courteous and answered all my questions. My carpets look so bright and clean. They also cleaned 2 recliners and they also look like new. We waited all day for a 9-1 app with several phone calls they finally got someone to us at 3:05pm. Thanks to Johnny Class and Shaun Grant the job was finally done and a nice job at that.

Zach and Tyler cleaned my rugs and chairs and did a great job! I did not think my carpet would come clean or my chairs. They worked very hard. Very professional!

We needed last minute carpet cleaning in our apartment common hallway. They did a great job and were very professional.
