Stop! Log Out! Don't Order From This Company! They are a joke! Total Frauds. I wish I would have read their reviews before I ordered a $1600 chair from them, which arrived damaged, took a month to receive refund. Not from this country... they are foreign scam artists!

I placed an order and in the notes I said I would pay for upgrades shipping. It looks like company is based out of California but items are shipped with a bogus tracking number out of China. I ordered my item in the 15th and It still is processing . Ive called and emailed several times to no response, just an hour ago I was notified I.T shipped with a tracking number that is fake. No call or email from company. Do not use them..wish I would have searched the company before i thought I.T was a scam and saw the other reviews.

I ordered once with this company, and it was a miserable experience. They are a scam. First, the product I ordered from them was misrepresented and they sent (from Amazon) something other than what I ordered. They claim they have a phone service, but it always goes to voicemail and no one ever returns your call. They do answer emails, but they lie throughout the email, claiming they have a shipping department which they don't. They lie about everything, even the "names" of their employees. I expect one person runs it, but uses various names as if there are a lot of customer service reps. Liars. If you order from them, they will simply buy it from Amazon and ship it to you as a "gift", but you would pay nearly double the price. The only reason I ordered from them was because they misrepresented the product. They are liars and scam artists. Do not shop with them.

Rip Off Artists

Their ad specifically said 4 magazines for the price. I received one. The same one I could have bought through Amazon for $10 less. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! The misrepresent products, use false advertising, and take your money. I was stupid to trust a company because they had a professional website, and were a USA California based company. Do your research! I will never use this company again@!

Not trustworthy
September 8, 2017

I was looking for a product that turned out to be only available from japan. Stamp & Staple just happened to be the first site I saw that had the product and in my excitement I was dumb enough to order it without checking other sites (the same product was on amazon for half the price). Long story short, I never received the item and they never reshipped it to me like they said they would, saying it was their shipping dept that was slow and just stringing me along the whole time

There is definitely something scam-my/fishy going on with this company. Ordered Holiday cards (after they couldn't answer a question I had about them--should've been my first red flag). Waited for cards and never received notice for shipment. Contacted customer service again. They said they'd ship as soon as they could. Waited a bit longer, then contacted again to cancel order; that day, my checking account was charged for the order. Then, I received identical email that previous poster received saying supplier was backordered and that they were canceling my order (after I already instructed them to cancel). Charge has still not been reversed and I'm now disputing it with my bank. Live and learn.

I found them listing a pen which is an exclusive model to my company, Peyton Street Pens. They seems to have lifted the listing I have on Amazon, then doubled the price in hopes of getting some poor schmuck to place an order.

Frauds!
December 2, 2017

Remember the saying "If it's too good to be true..."? My brother found gaming chairs (value approx. $100. +) on sale for $7.98 + $10. S=h for black Friday (2017) and ordered us each one. When the order still hadn't arrived after 10 business days, I emailed them only to get this,

Anurag (BMP)

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

We had to cancel your order due to a back order from our supplier. We are very sorry for this inconvenience but we did not want to hold up your funds while we waiting for the item to arrive, which could be up to a month or so.

In this scenario your payment has been voided with your original payment method. Because it was voided, you won't see a refund in your account. Instead, the original payment will disappear and you will not be charged at all. If you are still seeing a payment, please contact your bank.

Best,

Anurag
