The web site is not exactly user friendly. I have used their services for several years. DO NOT ORDER the COOL INK gobos! You can get this at your local Staples for $1.50 and they charge $35. When I was disappointed in the quality there only response was "that is what you ordered". As a long time customer you would think they would eat the $2.00 cost to keep a client. Now I am gone.
Not happy.
The advertized price for a lighting instrument (Altman 100 Fresnel) was not honored due to "the vendor changed its pricing". They did refund my full purchase price promptly but that did not help with the delay obtaining the instruments and the frustration having to find an alternative supplier.
Will not use them again.
