I use for to be able to receive goodies from my favourite author who doesn't post directly to England. Stackry are good at keeping me updated on all aspects of my parcel. They let me know when it has arrived at the locker, along with if it needs repacking or not. They are honest. Have received a few items this way and highly recommend
Stackry is a well known organisation among the UK comic book scene for how affordable it can make shipping multiple comics from the US to the UK in comparison to using other postal methods. With their consolidation options and the care they take in packing your order I can see why they came as highly recommended as they did. On this first package alone I have saved over $110 in shipping costs and received my package in under 2 weeks. What an absolutely brilliant service, thank you very much!
Really helpful customer service team, quick responses as first time! Very quick at alerting to when your parcel arrives and its weight. Consolidation saved me a lot! But being honest more expensive than I had imagined- next time I will order lighter items

A little confusing, it has taken me a week to figure out what the next steps were in order to complete the transaction.
The tours are very annoying. Always popping up, slows it down and makes you click on things you didn't mean to.
Overall, a great experience. Very efficient and straightforward. However, my only suggestion would be to make sure the photo Stackry sends of the shipping label on the package is clear and in focus. I had 5 packages sent for consolidation and I could not read the sender's information on the shipping label to see where the package came from and determine what the contents were. I had to go back and reconcile the tracking numbers to my order confirmations. This could have been avoided if the photo taken was in better focus. Thank you!
This was my first experience. I found the people (Veronica, Gwen and Ryan) who I spoke with very friendly, professional and helpful.
My only complaint is about the consolidation email. It lacked directions for me to go to my account dashboard to finalize shipping. My package sat in your warehouse for another 2 days before it was shipped. Luckily I did not incur any storage fees. But overall I would use your service again. Thank you.
I think Stackry have been fairly good from my experience so far. However, if paying to consolidate parcels, it's not seemed to save me any weight so far. It would also be great if you could estimate shipping, based on your potential consolidations, so that you could work out best value. It would also be great if we were given discounts for every few parcels shipped. Especially when using the service regularly. Thanks so much.
Good service, however, it would be nice to have more upfront info on how much you could end up spending on shipping if you arent careful. Depending on how I went about my package shipment the shipping costs ranged from $60 all the way up to $600. Yes I saved, in theory, that extra $550 which is good and the point of the service. But It's not overly clear how you are coming up with these savings, to a new person. Cheers!
Service and communications are both awesome. Options for consolidation are also very good. Unfortunately shipping prices are insane. I know that this is the fault of the shipping providers but overseas shipping from the USA has increased over 400% since 2021...and for no good reason. Would I recommend Stackry? Yes. Would I recommend buying from the US at all: definitely not unless it's the only option available.
I can't see the photos of my shipment no more. It would be better, if I also received them via email!

My only concern is why I was charged for an item of 7 lbs when the actual pkg weighed on at 3 lbs.
Slightly complicated and little in the way of explanation about how you get from one stage to the other - the service however has been great!
I ordered several small very spare parts, one of them being a single washer, yet I see the actual and billable weight at 1lbs/ea. Let´s say I order a dozen pieces like that and they come in 12 envelopes, will I be charged for a 12 lbs consolidated parcel then? I would give a 10 for the recommendation below, but I have these doubts now.
First time used the service, all good until now, fair fees. Let´s see how it arrives.
Only small issues were:
1) The delay of a few days waiting for consolidation of three small parcels
2) That consolidation made no difference to billable weight
3) Having my Amex debit card rejected so the payment had to go through Paypal
I can't really say if I would recommend Stackry until I have received the package in South Africa. I have found the Stackry support team to be very helpful and informative.
Too many helper messages. You should be able to click "skip" once and not have them show again, the shipping flow is obvious most people won't need help.
Hi your system seems pretty easy to use and prices are fair and reasonable.
Updates via email have been good but responses to questions via email are taking a while to answer.
A quick link or button to request photos would be good.
This is my first experience with Stackry and so far so good.
Generally speedy and efficient, quick response to emails.
Great so far only con is not being able to go back to previous pages when filling out package details
The descriptions of each shipping service are a little confusing
In one of my previous interactions I was charged for a bad address but that was out of my control as the shipper misread my correct address
I wish the shipping rate was a little lower but overall I am satisfied
Annoyed at the sneaky extra costs like not taking proper photos of the shipping label to force having to pay for another photo. I don't see the point of showing my a photo of my unit address. I need to see who shipped it. I also once paid for bubble wrap and fragile stickers, but it was all just shipped in the original boxes (which I said, specifically, to NOT keep).
Not impressed with the packaging of my consolidated order. $1300 worth of stock stuffed into a DHL plastic bag that was too small, so the seal had popped open by the time it arrived. I paid for Fedex shipping, I'd expect a FedEx box.
Stackry has a great site easy to navigate through. Their responses are always quick to shipment arrivals etc. The only thing that I don't love is the price of shipping back to Canada (which can't really be blamed on Stackry). Great site/great company though.

Mostly fairly easy to navigate. I had difficulty putting in the item prices... it took me many tries to work out how to put in the correct price into each box. (item price and overall price). Secondly, as I have now been notified there is a problem shipping one of my items, I would have appreciated being informed about which item it is, so I could expedite the process and contact the seller. Other than that, good.
Stacked has been efficient and relatively easy to deal with. I sometimes find it hard to navigate the online documentation
Every thing is good. Even though it took about 24 hours for the shipment to be ready to ship which I think could be faster. Also I was expecting photos of the items attached with the "description" since other companies do that. But other then that everything is good.
I've generally had no issues although I wish that they offered cheaper shipping options (ex. USPS instead of FedEx being the cheapest)
