Everything is good except there is room for improvement in one particular area. The descriptions of your various certificate products and their distinctions from one another are too similar and not sufficiently detailed.

Only thing I miss is a way to validate a domain by http (you check if a file exists, just like godaddy) - email validation forces me to configure an email on the server and that is not always needed.

The only thing I didn't like was that it displayed the prices as "starting at" and then when you selected 1 year instead of 3 it went up. I just needed a cert for a week while I did an exchange migration.

Very awkward
For a none techy, this process was not easy and pretty confusing

It's a little confusing that you can't setup an account until you are in the purchase process, but other than that so far so good.

Also, it turned out that setting up my certificate on Godaddy was more involved than I had been led to believe by the first person I chatted with. But the second customer service person was very helpful.

Purchasing the certificate (positive SSL) was quite a quick process and setting it up was also not a huge hassle thanks mainly to the chat agent, who was quite prompt and helpful. If you have hosting with namecheap, that makes it even easier since they are a sister company and can seamlessly assist with any questions or issues you may run into.

Easy to order. A little difficult to install
Installation instructions are not clear and take too many branches for all the steps.
A step by step with opening external tasks in a different browser window would help.

So far so good. Purchase, issue, download, and install have been easy and I haven't had any browser issues. Much cheaper than other places I looked and our previous vendor which seemed to do the same thing!

Finding an ssl certificate with good price, is very difficult. I was very skeptical about buying an ssl from a third party provider, but it's my second time and I'm extremely satisfied!

Customer service is excellent. Questions are answered promptly and clearly. Support is great. I can recommend them based on this alone although affordability is also worth a mention. I will make use of them again when needed.

So far good - but the proof of the pudding is in the eating...let's see how easy the rest of it goes.

Minor speed bumps in installation were completely resolved by Chat - (very good Chat experience!)

The activation was down for about 24 hours which was frustrating but they posted on progress every 2 hours which helped... still a good price and easy to use product... would stay with them as everyone has problems once in a while and it's about how you deal with them that counts...

Great! Had some issues with domain validation...
Your documentation in this regard needs an improvement - the fact that we receive an email after domain validation, and that my status on the dashboard will change to " Active" etc is not reflected well enough in your documentation.

The new design of your website is very complicated comparing with the old one. It is quite hard to find the links or buttons to follow, there is no adequate directing information on the pages. And personally I could not match the design with e-commerce in terms of color / icon / ratio.
Meanwhile, I have to state here also that certificate creation process is much more easier and in total much better than before.

I found what I needed and purchased it in less than a minute.
I also did not know how to set up the certificate for my website, but one of your customer support staff spent a few minutes with me to explain what the next step would be and I managed to get it done right.
It has been a great experience, overall.

The setup instructions are very sparse, so you will have to rely on other sites to work out how to install your certificates, but apart from that, everything was fine. The certificate arrived within the hour.

Contacted support to check if a particular certificate was suitable for my needs before I purchased. Support replied quickly to confirm this would work.I then purchased and installed the certificate. Everything works perfectly. Great service, thanks!
