While I understand that the issuance of a certificate takes time. They should have it designed so that someone can call you to validate shortly after making the purchase. I've already been waiting a few days

You guys are great! Online support is fast & helpful. I have another 100 or more SSL's to install, and I keep running into exceptions (customer doesn't know their registrar, admin contact left 5 years ago, cat ate my homework...), so I have had a few occasions to really use your tech support as a more experienced user with crazy scenarios - and your people are always knowledgeable and helpful. Bravo!

It is a fast and easy way to shop for SSL Certificates. They are original, they are reliable and there are absolutely no problems at any point of the purchase if you follow each step correctly. Do not be afraid to buy here, I strongly recommend this for everyone.

Easy so far, now the difficult parts start. The difficult part was the files sent in the ZIP with my SSL certificate did not have instructions on how to implement. Used chat function, they pointed me to a single chain file which solved my problem. I'm up and running.

My site was only available via HTTPS so I had to submit a ticket. I might suggest your verification be updated to allow for this situation. I am very happy with the quality and speed of the tech support provided.

I'm a first time ssl user so it's a bit challenging to figure out how to apply the various certificates. One confusing thing was the presence of two intermediate certificates. I had to guess which one to use for my nas even after reading instructions. The bundle name I could on faq also didn't match work what I received.

I got things working in the end but its not fully intuitive.

Your new UI is very bad at communicating to the user when it is waiting for the server to respond, especially on checkout payment confirmation. You should have some kind of spinner and message confirming that my request was received and response is pending.

Having never purchased a security certificate before I was nervous and felt a little intimidated but the actual buying experience went pretty smoothly. I followed instructions and my site is now secure. Very happy!

I like the goofy messages throughout. Lightens the experience. No idea why anyone would pay list price from some of these certificate issuers. Highway robbery if you ask my opinion. Would have paid close to $900 from the direct provider, you got it to me for under $300!

I received a number of intermediate certificates (3) instead of a bundle.

It took some searching to find info on how and if I should cat them together.

Except for that small lack of information, all else was superb.

It exceeding my expectations and the quality of service is second to none. I suspect with deals like this combined with your most excellent customer service and follow up, you will be in business for a long, long time!

Compare feature must have a dedicated "action" button: I've marked two or more products for compare, but could not find the "Compare now!" command... it turns out, you have to click again on a "Compare" button inside a product. Not intuitive, not standard.
Other than that, nice layouts and site design. Very clean and straightforward.

Good until this survey slowed me down... just joking.
The whole process was fairly seamless.
I had a friend help that is versed in this process and he said he has rarely had such control over a budget server. He was ale to install the ssl certificate and set the whole website up with ease. So you can expect him to refer business your way.

It used to be I (as technical contact person) could receive the certificates. Now, it seems to require an administrative contact person, working full-time for the customer. Some of my clients don't even have full-time employees, so if one of them should want a cert, I guess I'll need to look elsewhere. Other than that, it's great. :)

This is my first time purchasing SSL certificates. The overall process when well without any problems. The price is also very cheap comparing to other sites. I have my certificate setup on my server within 30 mins. Will buy again in the future!
