Not as cheap as some other resellers but SSLs.com is a vendor we've successfully used before and as expected the service turnaround was quick and accurate.

Enter name, "yep, done" button sounds really stupid. Especially since your not done.

Besides that I had some difficulties installing the certificate but tech support was very responsive and helpful

Only one issue with the new website workflow which was mainly my own fault. Contacted customer service chat line during our business hours, and they resolved it straight away.

Telephone verification didn't work this time. (No problems with the previous purchase) Not sure what went wrong, but your Customer Support team got it fixed quickly.

You should automate the renewal process. I need to complete 50 characters

After selecting Paypal as Checkout there is no user response if you clicked the button. Some kind of notification ( hover, highlight,...) would have been cool =).
