My domain is Darkside-goddess.org, so, do we now have a certificate for this domain, or what? I mean, I did not see anywhere I could have my domain listed.

Find the site now very confusing. With the old site we could easily see what was the best option. Now it seems way to complicated to work out what to do.

When I go to my cart and select 1 year and update item. In checkout I saw that there is 4 years! I was confused and return to cart and multiple update item and after that I was 1 year in checkout

It was a little confusing that the private key was returned with a - - - - - PRIVATE KEY - - - - - header rather than - - - - - RSA PRIVATE KEY - - - - - but other than that everything went smoothly and I didn't have any issues.

I bought one yesterday too and it was complicated, but works fine now. I bought a second one for another website and it installed smoothly and works fine. Good customer support and great chats.

The only issue I had was thinking the site was not responding. The main screen was filled with a promotion and the options were changing off the bottom of the screen.

SSL service is ok but Thawte was a bit confusing with the CA bundle. Other SSL providers like Comodo send a zip file with both the SSL and CA which is easier. It took me ages to work out how to get the CA bundle from Thwate.

Selecting and buying the certificate was an easy and straightforward task.

I'm missing an option to send an invoice to email. There's only option for print and download. One of my tasks is to always send an invoice to our billing office.
