Couldn't checkout in firefox and while I could see you were submitting the error to a service (Javascript Expception) you should have been able to display a message. Simple try catch block!

For a simple encrypted certificate and validation service, this stuff's still ridiculously expensive. When I can get a domain name and hosting for under $5/year why are SSL certs still costing $130+?

I am HORRIFIED that I was NOT NOTIFIED that my SSL certificate was about to expire. This must be fixed.

I do not know if the issues were fixed regarding my certificate, but the response from the team was caring and they tried to do their best given the initial issue was on their end.

The admin email was the client so had to wait for them to FW them to me, I don't think there is a better way of doing it as there was no ability to easily upload a file (it's a dynamic framework) - how about a meta HTML head tag instead?

Overall, this is a great service, as someone who has never setup an SSL certificate before, ssls.com has provided good support throught chat messages and documentation to allow me to activate and configure my certificate with my custom HTTPS server, since I am running a tech review site, I will most certainly write an article about this provided as I they would be of great help to my readers.
