Not clear on information needed on business and EV certs. Can you put on the site more details so we can make sure things will match prior to purchasing?

I tell companies to make it as easy as possible to take my money. Sometimes a "shut up and take my money" approach is best. And you have that. Makes life nice and simple and keeps me coming back.

The site is simple and too good for fast decisions.
Simply the best shopping experience I ever had buying an SSL. I would do a video review for free, this is the magnitude.

It was confusing to order the cert without entering a domain-name or information about the later process.

I stopped for a moment before the payment to think twice if there is a failure in my order.

I would have liked more information about the details of the SSL certificates. I had to do a web search to find out what a "low assurance" certificate is.

All super easy, but I would have liked to enter the certificate details before payment, just to be sure the procedure is easy also in the more technical step

Great explanation but when comparing - the points had no help information - what they are, ex.: paperworks - no info what are these paperworks.

Fast delivery. Great online support. My site had only https and not http so it was not automatically checked. Short converstation with online support and I got the ordered certificate in few minutes.

Lacks option of downloading the certificates directly using a 256-bit encrypted connection so that NSA cannot sniff them in mail, which they likely do with millions of certificates around the world.

I always have to chase for a VAT invoice. Why on earth don't you or Comodo send one automatically? The time it takes to extract one from you tends to negate the low price paid for the certificate.

I had trouble paying via PayPal (which I would have preferred). It was an option but it would not complete the transaction so I had to pay by card. Other than that it was a simple process. Thanks.

I've been using ssl.com for years, and their service was flawless every time. I'm using them for every SSL cert I need and they offer from the cheapest to the most secure!

Turn auto fill off or turn off the select 2 validation I almost didn't buy.
