Bad company can't access phone without iCloud details and won't refund my money. Emails do not work on their sites so no way to contact them. Do not buy from Spyzie. I found Solution hack team and I was given access to my wife's phone without touching it and also without needing the iCloud information. Solution hack team gave me access with only my wife's phone number

Spyzie is the worst app I bought it to monitor my child safety using his phone. It's doesn't work as it should I have sent Spyzie email for support or even refund a month as gone by and still no email from them

Spyzie Don't waste your money into this service, They are a scam. I purchased the service with a premium plan to checking out my on my son iPhone. It's didn't work at all. I contact the support team but no help was rendered I wasted my money on this and was not refunded. I found solutionhackedteam online and I'm glad to enjoy the service of this great team. Solution hack team gave me access to my target phone with just the phone number only. Now I have access to all activities on my son's phone with just his phone number without his knowledge.

Spyzie Does not work period. No customer service. Complete scam. Especially for iPhone. Apples security is way beyond what they promises. Of course you don't find this out until after you purchase it and then getting ahold of customer service is next to impossible. I called, emailed and tried live chat and received no response. They got my money and that's where the service stops. Any spyware for an iPhone is pretty much not gonna work. At least two other companies were honest about that but not mspy. Almost all the reviews online are paid adds and they even paid people on YouTube to sell this garbage. If you have an iPhone that has an iOS that is newer then 2 years the spyware is obsolete. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I found Solution Hack Team who gave me access to IPhones without touching it just with the phone numbers. Access to iPhones without needing the ICloud information. This is quite amazing Solution hack team

So as a 2 days ago Spyzie robbed me of roughly $102. I've always had a shoes with the app but never really minded it because a lot of the stuff work here and there. Trial Page takes you to a buy page. And root is required. This is a scam Note if they auto root or jailbreak the phone. You will loose the phone warranty. And it could damage the phone.
With 4 days of purchase I requested the cancellation and refund. They simply ignored my request. In addition they take more than 2 days to resopnd each request. I definitely do not recommend they are not honest
Not only did the app not work at all, when I contacted the service team for help there was no reply. I'm still waiting. It's never worked at all. I had full access to the target phone and still it doesn't work. Avoid. Money down the drain.
SCAM!
Spyzie has a French website that sells its softwares in France but no French customer service, if you have a technical issue you can only contact them by email and they will only reply in English!
We chose the monthly payment option but we were charged for the entire one-year contract!
The software does not work on the target phone (the latest Nokia 1 Plus) because of an Android Oreo incompatibility (mentionned nowhere on their website) - the customer service offers no solution and no refund.
