05/30/21 Purchased Spyshelter and attempted to install JAN 2021. Would not install. FEB 9 2021 Opened a support ticket. Automated acknowledgement of my request for support but no support response after +3 months... No support at all. Complete waste of time and money. Buyer Beware. Save your money. If there were negative stars I would give negative 100 stars.
I purchased Spy Shelter Premium in November 2021. Within two weeks, I began to get error messages that made the program unusable. I have written to support three times since December 5. Each time an automated response acknowledged my request. However, I have never received a response. Uninstalling and reinstalling of no value. The bottom line is this program is a complete waste of money.
Found it a bit difficult to use the app so I had to contact a professional to help me out. I found out about Dualspy57@ gmail when I saw positive comments about him on here, texted him and all that is history now because he did a good job in helping me spy on my husbands Device. He is highly skilled.

It's really the best anti keylogger software, however i do not trust top10 personally, spyshelter rocks too bad it's not free.
