Only thing I was dismayed by is that there was nothing on the website that said you need a pc computer to get the thing to work properly. I have only Mac computers so now what?

Very easy shopping experience and great product! My only issue was that the shipping provider was not listed so I could not use the tracking number that was provided to track my shipment.

It definitely worked like it says. I could even hear the person on the phone, not what was being said, but from where i had placed it, I was amazed. It definitely records very clearly

I like the product, but I am thinking I got a used flash drive because there is some recordings in the library. Not happy about getting a used device, but satisfied with the operation of the device.

The website to update the date/time stamp of the video was not found so I am unable to update the date/time on the video recordings. How can I fix this?

Before ordering online I spoke with a rep at your 800 number. He was very helpful in answering my questions. He also recommended the vr95 over my original choice. I chose the vr95. Thanks!

Works as advertised. No instructions on how to access away from the camera wifi, but the android app worked first time I tried from a different WiFi. Apparently no need to modify router /firewall.

I feel that if you're claiming "free shipping on orders over $100-$200" then it should be for more than 3-7 days. That's rather standard in being free and not an "added value".

Product works fine, but the image of the product made it look like you couldn't see the camera when you can, fairly easily. I felt a bit fooled by the photo.

I found the items I was looking for at lower prices and check out was simple enough. Just hoping better quality and the right equipment, unlike SpyTec.

V95 usb did not get date & time right. It should be automatic

While it is the cable I need, the price seems to be fair but the shipping cost seemed a bit high and I understand flat rates are higher.
