Very expensive application that doesn't work that great. It slows down the target phone no matter how advanced a phone it is to the point that it freezes, so you can't use some features like live screen monitoring. Only the incoming part of Facebook and Instagram messages are captured. And the very worst part is that, after buying a one-year subscription within weeks, the target phone user downloaded a free anti-spyware app, found the Spyfone app and deleted it, so I'm SOL.

Wish I'd read the reviews before I signed up as my experience is exactly the same as many others!
With the free trial I was able to accurately track my sons phone as my husband took it for a ride in the car. Once we handed the phone back to our son & paid for a months subscription, my son had managed to disabled all GPS & location services by doing a simple reboot of his android phone. The technical help (English was not his first language) was pretty much useless as I need a degree in computer technology to understand their explanations as to why it wouldn't work - basically all the app need to be rooted' otherwise they can be uninstalled.

So unless everything is rooted, don't waste your money.

I normally don't like ordering anything online but today my experience with this representive/rootgatehacks made me look at it a whole new way!
Their spy apps are easy to use and they provide top productivity, I'm more one on one communicating, physical action when I'm trying to resolve an issue, and she made me feel respected and comfortable knowing that it was getting resolved. Free acount worked good but soon as I paid them $#*! holes money to get the service no sevice turned on but my money was gone I text 7 different tech support people and they all would tell me ot was declined and showed me a paper stating it was to call the bank so I call the bank to find out they declined it then lil later some how took it back out and keep saying they never got the money $#*!ed robbing $#*! people but my bank is taking care of it but so much bull $#*! over that so it's up to you to try it but be careful

I used Spyfone to monitor my child's activity. Well, at least I did that in short periods of time, while their crappy app worked. On a non-rooted Android phone it worked for a day or so and went offline. And guess what support said to me? "You need to reinstall the app". Like, physically take the phone and reinstall it. Great job guys, but I would not need that $#*!ty app of yours if I just could get the phone my child uses any time I want to.
After a few days of explaining this simple thing to their support I asked for a refund for unused days (you can't get it for less than 3 month), and they finally fixed it. So they could do it, but of course its easier to say "just reinstall the app" then actually fix things.
Unfortunately, it worked for a day after that and gone offline again. So I asked for a refund again and they refused. Their "refund policy" covers any possible situation so spyfone.com can say "F*ck you" to any customer in any situation and just steal your money. I paid almost $200 for 2 days of app's work and a week of talking to their tech support, that's just awesome.
Take my good advice and avoid that scam app.

Waste of money! Unless you have money to burn, do not purchase this product or the trial. The trial is a rip off. You download the app for trial and you see all the possibilities it shows, however it will not record or check sms, nothing. It says "Not available in trial version" which defeats the purpose of a trial, right? But you THINK it will work and you're going to get what you see in the options so you're fooled into purchasing a minimum of 3 months which costs 192.97 after 'taxes'. And then they ran my card, claimed it was not able to be processed so I go through PayPal to pay and the next day I sign into my bank account only to find that PayPal charged me and they charged me. That's nearly $400! For 3 MONTHS. I contacted them, the rep placed me on hold while she contacted the billing department. They photocopied the PayPal transaction receipt and sent a photocopy over to me CLAIMING this was the only transaction that they show on my account. I said "well there's obviously 2 one from you and one on your behalf from PayPal so you need to reverse the transaction so my money goes back into my account because despite your claims I've been charged twice". The rep told me to let her get them back on the phone, after 30 minutes she comes back to me claiming no one is answering in the billing department for me to call back some other time. Never got it straight going through them, I had to cancel my card and call fraud hotline with my bank because it was on a Saturday. The transaction could not be reversed by my bank until that following Monday because of having to sign the dispute affidavit. So I was out nearly 400 until that Monday when I did get 200 back. I left the PayPal transaction alone because I did purchase it, which you live and learn. Over half of their features do NOT work. I've tested them over and over. And the live panel... what a joke. It's hit or miss. More missing instead of hitting though. Gives error message that couldn't connect to target device. Which was not true. The ONLY thing that works consistently is the text message function HOWEVER it will NOT show deleted messages. This app and this company is a fraud. Please don't waste your time or money.
