On the 12th day after receiving a dress for my daughter for prom, I reached out to Sposa Dresses to let them know we'd like to return the dress. I was informed that the dress, although unchanged, with tags still on—and before 14 days—could not be returned. Absolutely ridiculous. I have never known a place to only give seven days to request a return. It's a complete scam. Not to mention the dress was low quality and did not fit at all like the pictures show. I highly recommend you do not purchase from this seller. Awful experience.

When I tell you this company is so trash. Me and my fellow bridesmaids all picked a style from their collection (Style A) in accordance with my very good friend's wedding color set selected. We put it in with our measurements as instructed in a great amount of time that left at least a month of grace period, just incase of alterations. What came in was such a travesty i couldn't believe it. My measurements fell within the Large size group, what i received was this warped misshapen dress that looked nothing like the design i picked. All of the colors were different than each other and the so called pleats that it was supposed to have was shakenly as well as loosely sewn on to the front of this dress looked like just creased fabric cheaply added. See pictures. I couldn't believe they thought this picture matched.If you couldn't make the dress just don't put the style up there. But luckily we just ordered from fashionnova and they got us right every time with the Same Large measurements.

NO! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. First, I asked where they are located and they told me Italy. This is a lie. They are a Chinese company. I ordered two dresses and asked if they were returnable if they did not fit and they told me yes, as does their policy. The dresses came and they were horrible, the literal worst construction I have ever seen. The seams and lace did not line up, the material was cheap and costume like. The second dress looked nothing like the picture. These dresses were unwearable. I have been trying to get my money back for week and this company has give me the runaround, will not refund my money, and are a nightmare to deal with. Shop elsewhere, they are awful. When you pay for a product and they don't deliver what you paid for, this is fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered a size 14, I wear a size 12 but planned to get it tailored down to size. The dress came in like a size 6 (not sized on dress but over a foot from zipping). The dress is falling apart and the stitching is visible. And to top it off, I ordered the dress in tan and it came yellow. The woman said, "you are the first to complain of this, I've sold this dress over 500 times" but as you can read in the other reviews this has happened a lot. While hanging the dress from a 7 foot doorframe, the dress still drapes the floor, so it's about 8 foot long. The first picture is what I ordered, the second picture is my bf holding it up, the 3 picture is what they sent me (not my dress) showing what it should look like, and the 4th is there color options. This is a scam, they have no business making dresses.

I got the purple color (#30) and I love it! This dress was customized and it is tailored to perfection! This company is wonderful with responding to any questions I had! Would HIGHLY recommend.

Very quality material and beautiful dresses as shown on pictures. Only concern was very long.On some of dresses we put 58-59 as suggested and they were still extremely long even with heels. Will have to have 5 of them them altered. But I did receive them very quickly which I did appreciate the most. Good job Sposa! Jane is very attentive and professional. Loved the communication.

This dress was beautiful! I loved the design and it came out looking stunning the only thing I had wrong was it didn't fit me right but I am going to get a bigger size! All in all most definitely going to order for here again and recommend this website to everyone I know it's amazing!

I ordered two dresses (at different times) from this website and the quality was amazing as well as their customer service. They got back to me right away when I had questions and the sizing was perfect. The only reason why its not 5 stars is because the shipping to Canada is expensive and had to pay at the door. Shipping both times was 25$, but I had to pay 50$ at the door first time and I believe 70$ the second time. So it is a little expensive but what can you do!
