This is a good wrist guard but a little hard to fit it up under your existing arm pads. The actual protection is piece is good and works, but the rest of the slide part on would be better with a thinner more breathable material.
Bought an Item and requested expedited shipping which cost 90 dollars. Find out one of the items has to be put together after identifying it was not shipped.
I guess that I did not scroll down far enough to read that the item needs two days to be put together... relooked at my confirmation email it was not identified there. Nor was it highlighted when I made the purchase... would not have paid for expedited shipping and gone some place else.

Avoid Sportstop.com. Purchased a head from them end of October. Early January it split. They sent a replacement that then split first use out of the box in the first 30 minutes of use. Refused to replace again or issue a refund, which was the preferred action.
Purchased a StringKing LAX shaft and pre strung head. I thought I was getting a ok deal even with the included shipping and handling costs to get the product to Canada. However, SportStop does not disclose that the high shipping cost that they charge does not cover an additional charge that the carrier (FedEx in my case) will charge you after the parcel has been delivered for "administration/processing fee" for it to enter Canada. This cost me an additional $104.78
I tried to reach out to SportStop to discuss…. Zero response.
Head arrived on time and is in use! Enjoying it and would buy again! The rep was helpful and professional when I called, offered good insight and made buying decision easier
I ordered a lax head from Sportstop. There was an issue with billing on my end... I spoke with their customer service and it was cleared up minutes later and my ordered was processed promptly. I received it 2 days later. They were even able to answer questions I had on stringing it since this lax mom has no clue. I will definitely use them for future purchases!
The customer service here is great. I ordered shoulder pads for my son. They arrived and looked very small when my son tried them on. I called and spoke with Steve and he informed me they were the correct size and thats how they are made. He offered my son try them out before returning them to see if maybe he would change his mind. If not I could return them for a full refund. Awesome customer service.
They Just received them so we haven't put them to use yet, but we already know they are great pads, and they wanted something more easily adaptable, and lighter than their last set! This were perfect, and it's hard to beat Sportstop pricing! Thank You!
The best part was being able to customize the colors on the helmet. I only wish they offered a white face mask instead of just black and silver. Other then that, the entire process was enjoyable, being able to customize your helmet at the same price as offered on other sites. Excellent customer service all around, will definitely buy from again!
We were new to lacrosse and had no idea where to start. After pricing out Amazon and two local sports stores I found Sportstop. Their prices couldn't be beat and the package deal made it easy for me to outfit my kids. The shipping took slightly longer than expected (arrived in 10 days) but it was free and came with a little booklet further explaining lacrosse and the company's offerings. I will definitely use them again!
I bought the Eclipse 2 goalie head strung including shaft. So far it is unusable because the ball b ounces out of the top or gets caught in the bowl at the bottom when attempting to pass. I wish I would have saved the money and just strung it myself.
It's just that... great prices on most lacrosse equipment, the website is easy to use and the delivery is within 2-3 days (for standard shipping). I'm constantly recommending Sportstop to other lacrosse parents/players.
My son sustained a spleen injury in a summer lax game. These Canadian box lax abdomen pads will keep him safer. Hospital bills are 100 times the cost of these pads. Thank you!
I ordered lacrosse goggles where only one size is available. This led to the assumption of one size fits all. When it arrived, it was WAY too small, and they were adult goggles too. I do not recommend the product, but the standard shipping was great. It got here in 2 days.
I have ordered Adrenaline socks from Sportstop.com when they are on sale and they are a steal! Check this website often, as my boys "grow like weeds" and are always in need of socks! And they love the Adrenaline 100% cotton socks. Sportstop usually has them to me within 3 days of order. Never hesitate to order from here!
Sportstop delivered what what I ordered in a timely fashion. I had a concern at first with tracking the item. I called service and they tracked the item and told me exactly when it would arrive. Once I received the stick and head, I had a concern with the hole not matching on them both (even though they were from the same manufacturer). I called service and once again they were thorough and reassuring about drilling a new hole not cancelling the warranty. I was told, if for what ever reason it did cancel the warranty, Sportstop would take care of it. Person from service sent me a youtube video on how to drill the hole and my son is super happy with his new stick and head. Yeah, as you can guess, I am new to Lacrosse. Thank you
