Ordered a shirt on 11/28. Had no idea it was coming from China until after the purchase. Player's name spelled WRONG, loose threads everywhere (which I could have overlooked and fixed had the player's name been spelled correctly) and this John Cooke is like a terrible boyfriend you try to dump but won't go away and accept it. I just filed a complaint with my credit card company. I'm over this.

No where on their site does it tell you your purchase is being shipped outside the US. After making a purchase 21 days ago - I still don't have my package and no one at the company seems to care - all I get is a standard company line that I can refuse the package when it comes. Have no interest in helping find the package and refuse to refund my money. I've never been so disappointed in making an online purchase.
I ordered a sweatshirt on 11/28/16 and as of today, 1/7/17 it is still in China, also something I didn't know before ordering, and has been there since 12/8/16 when the tracking information was last updated. Can not contact anyone other than by email which is a huge red flag to me! I should have read the reviews, don't be like me and order from this company! I will be trying to get my money back thru my credit card company, this is a joke!
Do not ever order anything from here. Worse experience of my life. I can't even type out what happened because it would take too long. Horrible please trust me never buy from this site.
I too ordered from the company. No where on the website does it say it is company from China. Jersey came in weeks later, number was not even in the center. They instructed me to return it which I paid for and it has been 6 months and no return. John Cooke came up with ever excuse in the book. Also, about 5 other people stated I will be refunded. I send over 100 emails. I am out $75.00 and they have the jersey. CROOKS!

All of your friends will love the crappy Jersey and if they make a mistake? No problem. They will ignore you, then promise the world and in the end? You still have a crappy item. Placed an order for 2 NFL Jerseys, and it is Jan. 1st. Still no jerseys. I saw they were in Austin, Tx so stupid me, figured it was a legit company. Contacted CS and rec'd reply from a John Cooke. He told me Jerseys were going through Customs! Customs? You're in Austin, Tx! Now finding out they are out of China. Contacting AmEx to let them know this Company is a fraud and have them fight the charge. From what I see in other reviews (Which now I know I should have done first) the quality is cheap. Just wanted to give my review of them, and let it be known that they are NOT in Austin. Even if it stops just 1 person, from ordering from them.
Mom ordered me a Steelers jersey (Jack Lambert) for X-Mas. Numbers were crooked, Steelers logo patch was an iron-on and extremely faded. NFL logo on the v-neck looked like it was sewn on by Stevie Wonder. Took her a month to get her money back, and that was through her credit card. Absolute discrace!
Ordered a T shirt jersey for a Christmas gift. XL fits like a L. The numbers on the back of the shirt have left an imprint on the other side. Like others said it came from China. I would be willing to bet the price of my shirt... his name 'ain't' John Cooke! I emailed him... no response. Chalk it up to lesson learned.
I also didn't know that it was coming out of China until I tried to track the order. I had ordered it on 12/12/16 finally got it on 1/6/17. Worst purchase ever!
Every other negative review regarding this company is correct. I only take the time to increase the number of complaints. I bought a Dallas Cowboys jersey on 12/11/16. The following day I received an email it shipped. In that email, they stated the name on my statement would be a Chinese company not Sportsteamline. The total price of my item with free shipping was $77.99. The item didn't arrive until 12/27/16 and was shipped from China not Austin, Texas, where they claim their company is located.
The jersey was a gift and found to be defective in that there was a stain on one shoulder, it was not sized properly, it was poorly made, and clearly a fake Nike jersey.
My fault for not checking for reviews and I know better and should have just sucked it up and waited for other legit companies to restock after Christmas, but of course I didn't. The website says they offer free returns. They also state the customer has to pay for the return of non-defective merchandise. Since my jersey is defective, I'm not paying to return their merchandise. I have written back and forth with "John Cooke" in "customer service" who is clearly not anywhere in the US. Cooke has given me every excuse possible why I do not want to return the item. First, he told me to wash the jersey and they would give me a nonspecific partial return. He told me it is very expensive to return it as it must be sent to China and it would take a very long time to process my return and give me a refund. Then he offered for me to pay $29.99 more dollars and they would mail me another jersey and I keep the defective one or I could just keep the defective one and accept a 15% refund credit. I continued to respond via email because there is no phone number to call stating that's not acceptable. At last email, Cooke says they don't understand why I won't accept their 15% credit and keep the jersey and give it as a gift or sell it. I explained again it was defective. The fourth email from Cooke stated again how expensive the return was, often shipments back there are lost in the mail and they are not responsible for that, and I would not be refunded unless they receive it.
So, clearly I will never accomplish this return for a full refund. I have resorted to disputing the charge with my credit card at which time I found out they actually charged my card $83.32 not $77.99 which is on my receipt. I have also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and notified Nike of the counterfeit products in hopes to shut the site down and save others from a similar experience.
When you go to their website it looks legit. Their homebased in Texas. That is a lie, they are based in CHINA! The website says 5 to 9 days, it took mine more than 2months. The shirt looks horrible, its fake and was badly made for a fake. Now dont even think about returning it. This "John Cooke" will give you all the excuses he can give you to discourage you from returning it. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE I WISH I CAN SHUT IT DOWN... I ordered an NFL hoodie for my husband for Christmas. When it arrived (after Christmas), the quality is extremely poor, and the arms are too short. Even though their website says they accept returns, and they have an Austin, Texas address on their website, they are telling me that in order to get a refund, I have to ship the shirt back to CHINA, which in their words, is extremely expensive, and might not even show up, which means I would not get a refund. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!
Do not buy ANYTHING from this website. I purchased a Cowboys Salute to Service jacket for my father as a Christmas gift. It took three weeks to get to me. I received the product only to find it was an imitation jacket! The jacket was supposed to say Salute to Service and it said "Salute to Servive" survive even spelled wrong! I emailed the company for a full refund and they went back and forth with me trying to persuade me to keep the jacket and gift it to a friend! I would never! They don't have proper email etiquette and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Do not order from this website. I ordered one month ago and never received anything. Company states it is a Texas company but USPS states my package is in Shanghai. This is a scam. They charged my account and still no package.
No stars! On 12/11 I ordered an Ezekiel Elliott Men's Dallas Cowboys Game Team Color Jersey, which they promised would be delivered within 15 days. On 12/12 I contacted them to cancel the order as I found so many complaints online about their company and the poor quality of merchandise. I only received an automated response from John Cooke but nothing about any cancellation of the order or refund. I then followed up via e-mail on 12/26 checking on the status of the cancellation, refund or credit? We also sent another message online through their website. They charged our credit card as JINZHOU ZHAOXIN LTD $85.27 plus a foreign transaction fee of $2.55. The original order was $79.99 with free shipping. Also, where was the order/jersey as their website still showed the order is in processing? Where was the delivery tracking #? I mentioned that I saw online that they have had numerous complaints about their company/site - "no delivery of merchandise" or "shoddy merchandise" or "no refund/credit was issued after making promises to do so." Later that day, John Cooke stated by e-mail that it was too late to cancel the order as the item was in Connecticut and will be shipped in a few days, and he provided a tracking #. He also would refund/credit me the difference of $7.83 "as compensation." On 12/27 the jersey arrived. Overall, the quality is fair with some of the stitching coming loose, stitching is uneven throughout, and some of the stitched #s on the back of the jersey have a yellow/brown/burnt color edging. The COWBOYS stitching on the front is uneven and cheaply done. The jersey appears to be a fake Nike NFL knockoff. We were not very happy with the jersey at all and asked for a complete refund/credit of $87.82. Also, the company is definitely not in Austin, Texas as it states on their website. The package came from YuGuang Liu, Shanghai, China. As of today (Jan. 2,2017) we are still waiting for a refund!
Scams people out of money call your bank if you have ordered and tell them its a scam and you have no idea wat the chsrge is and theybshould refund all of your money

In the forat week of December I ordered a $79.99 Dallas Cowboys, Ezekiel Elliott throwback jersey as a Christmas gift. I FINALLY received it on December 31st. After searching for information on how to contact the company, I FINALLY received an email response with a tracking number, only to discover that it was coming from Shanghai! While researching the company I located an address listed in Austin, Texas, ******* Alameda Trace Circle #1628. I looked it up, it appears to be an apartment complex. The Web shows that the company presidents name is Tom Brady... No where do they show that they are in China. The products are hideously laughable quality! Pitiful excuse for a company, they should be charged with fraud! I'm reporting them to econsumer.gov! Everyone else should as well. It is the equivalent of the Better Business Bureau, except for international trade practices.
Ordered an Ezekial Elliot Jersey - looked like a normal jersey. Cost $70. Ordered a XXL for my husband and though it said XXL on the label, it was more like a large. The sizes aren't anything like USA sized because the merchandise comes from China. Had to return it and though they said they would refund my money upon receiving the jersey back in the mail, I still haven't received any refund. I mailed it back the 3rd week of January and it's April 20th and they said they still haven't received it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
This business is based in China, the clothing is knockoff, and they are not easy to deal with in regards to returns. Absolutely do not purchase. It is not worth the price or aggravation.
