Alexis Mariner was incredibly helpful with my order. There was a slight mix up in my order, where I received a signed hockey puck instead of a signed baseball, and Alexis did an outstanding job of keeping me up to date until the issue was solved. I placed an order for a signed photograph that was not supposed to arrive for several weeks, which was after I needed it in order to give it to my boyfriend as a gift. She got a replacement cap displace cased approved and shipped to me quickly when I reported mine arrived broken. She helped me decide whether to keep 2 jersey frames that were bigger than I expected and was willing to help me get them returned if I wasn't satisfied. I elected to keep them. I ordered an autographed picture as a surprise for a birthday gift. As the birthday approached I became concerned because the gift had not arrived. Alexis Mariner is a great customer service rep. I bought one of their products as a birthday gift for my son and while looking it over, I had a question. I called SM and Alexis came on the line. She listened to my question and told me she would look into it, then sent me an email requesting further information, which I sent. A couple of hours later, I received an email satisfactorily answering my question. Alexis was very understanding and efficient in helping me. I would definitely ask for her in the future. For Customer Service she is equal the the Magic man we all loved in the basketball court (in my book he was one of the best in NBA history). I pray that this company finds way to keep and motivate such a person that has all quality a leader must have. I travel all over the world and in my book she is simply the best.
