I had a couple of troubleshooting items regarding my order of 3 signed baseballs from 3 different facilities and she not only assisted with finding the tracking information in under 10 minutes for all three, but also provided consistent updates (I had expedited shipping) through the delivery process. Best customer service I've received in years - I would recommend to anyone!

Alexis Mariner was incredibly helpful with my order. There was a slight mix up in my order, where I received a signed hockey puck instead of a signed baseball, and Alexis did an outstanding job of keeping me up to date until the issue was solved. Alexis did such a great job, I felt comfortable ordering another item, knowing that if anything went wrong, Alexis would be able to help me one way or another.

I placed an order for a signed photograph that was not supposed to arrive for several weeks, which was after I needed it in order to give it to my boyfriend as a gift. Shelby was unbelievably helpful, contacting the merchant and managing logistics along the way to make sure that my order got to me on time. She was incredibly responsive and truly went above and beyond for me. Totally rare these days! I can't recommend Sports Memorabilia highly enough. Great service, great company.

Alexis Mariner really provided great customer service. She was cheerful, polite, and had excellent follow-up on my issues. She got a replacement cap displace cased approved and shipped to me quickly when I reported mine arrived broken. She helped me decide whether to keep 2 jersey frames that were bigger than I expected and was willing to help me get them returned if I wasn't satisfied. I elected to keep them. Birthday gift

I ordered an autographed picture as a surprise for a birthday gift. As the birthday approached I became concerned because the gift had not arrived. I contacted customer service and Shelby Coyle found out what was going on and kept me informed. She was extremely helpful and concerned that I got the surprise gift on time. Thanks to her I did get the gift on time and it was a big surprise. Thanks.

Alexis Mariner is a great customer service rep. I bought one of their products as a birthday gift for my son and while looking it over, I had a question. I called SM and Alexis came on the line. She listened to my question and told me she would look into it, then sent me an email requesting further information, which I sent. A couple of hours later, I received an email satisfactorily answering my question. Alexis was very understanding and efficient in helping me. I would definitely ask for her in the future. Thank you Alexis.

I love to write this Review for the very special help I got from a very special person that is Andrea Mendoza. For Customer Service she is equal the the Magic man we all loved in the basketball court (in my book he was one of the best in NBA history). I pray that this company finds way to keep and motivate such a person that has all quality a leader must have. I travel all over the world and in my book she is simply the best. She is my Magic Johnson of Customer Services.
