This website is horrible. No up to date information, nor can you get a hold of a live person. On top of that they have an automated email response.
Purchased a product over a month ago. Status of shipping hasn't changed from 'pending', the company won't answer the phone or respond to my e-mails. Not sure f 'm ever gonna get my stuff...
Awful! Placed an order12/08/2009. Have called, e-mailed, done live chat here it is 02/17/2010 and still no order or refund. Do not order from this site.
My order was not the color that I ordered. After much difficulty I was told that there would be no return or refund. Do not use these guys!
