I ordered my product on 12/17. The order has been a fiasco. Between dealing with completely incompetent answering service to lost packages to information (like email addresses) that I provide but aren't used, I can't even begin to explain how frustrated I am with this company.
First, I hadn't received my product by Christmas Eve so I called the company to find out where it was. Apparently, my product was never sent because I provided a PO Box. The website NEVER indicated that the product could not be sent via PO Box.
Second, instead of using the email I provided during checkout to indicate to me that there was a problem with the shipping address, my email address from my Paypal account was used. As a result, I never received any notifications that there was a problem sending my package.
Third, by January 4 when I still had not received my package I tried calling. I received a tracking number. (1z**************) Upon entering the tracking number it appeared that my package was last seen in Eagan, MN on 12/30. (No where near Oregon) Upon calling the number listed on the website, I went around and around with the customer service person. She wouldn't tell me what address my package had been sent to or anything.
Fourth, I asked for her to put me through to management. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the level of service. She told me I could talk to management between 8am - 8pm but refused to put me through to either talk to them or leave a voicemail, even though I was calling during the operating hours.
Fifth, I asked her to cancel my order. My level of frustration had reached it's maximum. I could've driven across the US and picked up the package myself by now. I explained that I was very frustrated that I ordered the product a month in advance of my sons gymnastics meet and I couldn't be sure he would have it in time. I told her that when I got off the phone I was going to check to make sure the charges to Paypal had been reversed. She notified me that she had only put in a request for a cancellation but hadn't actually cancelled the order herself. After multiple questions (including questioning whether I was speaking to a real person or a robot, since she couldn't seem to answer any questions) she finally indicated she was only an answering service and had to forward all the messages/requests to the company.
What an incredibly frustrating and horrific customer service experience. I can't begin to satisfactorily express my level of disappointment.
