I've now gone twice to bring my son. Both occasions the children were unsupervised. The session I've booked were not organised. No call to say this was cancelled. Children were left by themselves unsupervised. They whole situation was apsolutly dreadful. I would not recommend this company!
My order was not the color that I ordered. After much difficulty I was told that there would be no return or refund. Do not use these guys!
1 star is too many, ordered a ravens bed pillow for my daughter, two weeks later the wrong team pillow shows up. The phone number is a joke and emails have gone unanswered. Tried a live chat option off the site that magically disappeared the next day. Frustrating is beyond what its like dealing with this place. Now I have to spend more money on another site to guarantee Christmas delivery and the correct item.
Received a bedding set. After initial wash threading was undone and then find out it was twin size when I ordered full size and the packing also said full size. When you call their number it is a call center and you are unable to speak to someone from SportsKids.com. It has been 3 weeks, no resolution. At this point I am filling out a report with my credit card company to get refunded from them because I am clearly not going to get my issue resolved through this company. I have never experienced such poor customer service... save yourself the headache!
I bought an 'in stock' product, which they then turned right around and sent me an email saying it was out of stock and would be delayed. This was for a Christmas present. So waited for when it was to come in, I could have used if for a birthday present, but got second email stating it was going to be more delayed. I contacted them for a refund, was told no problem but still have not got my money after a week. I used Paypal so I will contact Paypal and file a complaint against them. Agree with others, these people give humans a bad name.
I have been trying for days to return a simple item, 36-Golf Ball Holder, which doesn't look like would hold one golf ball. CS promised that I would have a RM# in a day after making my call (week ago) and yet to hear back from them. They, along with the rest of the customers on their review page, seems to be getting a run around that they have to wait for the manufacturer to issue them this so called number. They will not accept your return without this number therefore they hold your order for ransom. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I will be updating daily until they come to their senses and issue this so called number.
I spent over 130.00 on bedding for my son and no one will call me back or respond to me! I have not received my shipment and I have no other contact besides the one number that is on my receipt. No one answers the phone or anything. I think this is a scam... update they did email right after I posted this and I did receive my shipment!
I Called them to place an order for an Item that stated it qualified for free shipping and they wanted to charge me $400 even though they had on their web page "This product is eligible for FREE SHIPPING. Don’t miss this special offer. Order now and get "Shipping Absolutely Free"
My son's are huge 49er fans and they are always begging me for the latest sports apparel. I was pleasantly surprised to see all kinds of products on Sportskids.com such as bedding and custom products offered as well. My Christmas shopping is done!
What can be done about this company? I am having the same problem. Trying to send something back and the first two days they answered the phone and told me the manufacturer would e-mail me instructions. The last two days no one answers the phone. I will call better business bureau and hopefully someone can get these people off their site. I wish I had read the responses before I ordered. Also, lesson learned the hard way.
Thiefs! Took my $385 and never shipped product. They do not answer their phone and won't return calls. Read their horrible reviews BEFORE you waste your money.
This site sales inventory that they don't have, then when it doesn't show up, they blame it on their supplier. They have no idea whether it was delivered or not, so it is the customers responsibility to contact them. They are a joke.
I had purchased NY Yankee bedding several years ago from SportsKids for both my sons and in both cases, the bedding was of high quality and still looks practically new. In the case of my recent order, however, Denver Bronco bedding set, the material was flimsy and threads were sticking out in all directions in the hem area.
I called SportsKids and asked if the 15% restocking fee applies to poor quality merchandise and a customer service rep actually said (get this?) "I know this will be a pain in the $#*! for you, but you will need to take a photograph of the merchandise." She said this with no hostility in her voice, and her tone was normal, but it left me wondering if SportsKids representatives find this vocab acceptable when speaking to customers.
SportsKids isn't big on customer satisfaction. In fact, they make their money by warning customers that they will incur a 50% restocking fee if they do not letter the return package correctly, they ask you to email the tracking number to them (who does this?), and they charge a 15% restocking fee. I paid $12.50 to return the sheets plus will incur another $9 for restocking. But I'd rather do that that keep the shoddy sheets! I hope to save someone else the aggravation of dealing with SportsKids.
They are not timely. They do not answer the phone and they instantly charge your account and i paid for express shipping was told i would have the product i finally got an answer and she says it is on back order it will be the end of this month before they get it in? What... not happy
I placed an order on 01/06/13 and have yet to receive my product or an update shipping status. Every time I call the agent states that she will contact the shipper and my ship date should post soon. This website is BS! This is the worst place I have ever ordered from. A LESSON LEARDED!
I placed an order 03/15/2012. I have called the vendor several times because I was unable to received a shipment update, after about a month I finally received a shipment update after I was promised that the package would arrive by 4/12/2012, I just checked my status and it will be another week hopefully before I received my package, I have tried several times to contact Donald to discuss this matter along with trying to get a refund, none of which has been successful, I have attempted to reach Donald on *******632 and *******644 you never receive an answer, I would not recommend anyone to use this company, I have already canceled my credit card in case of a possible scam
I received a gift that was purchased from SportsKids.com. I want to return the gift for a refund so I called to speak with a representative of this company. I have called them at least 10 times during their listed hours of operation and have never been able to speak with a representative. I have left voicemail messages, but never receive a call back. I have emailed them, but never receive a response. This is the worst customer service experience I have had in years. What a terrible company.
This site is a scam. They advertise items at discounted prices then charge your credit card and don't ship. You can't call them because they don't publish a phone number and they do not respond to emails. I ordered an item and never herd back for 8 weeks on the status. Never did recieve the item. BIG SCAM
This website is horrible. No up to date information, nor can you get a hold of a live person. On top of that they have an automated email response.
I ordered an item in mid-January. They immediately charged my credit card. I started asking for shipment status on Feb 1. They told me they had contacted their vendor and would get back to me. I sent 3 more emails first asking for shipping status and then asking for a refund. No response. The Better Business Bureau has over 170 complaints against this company. Please don't buy from them.
