I've ordered a wide range of products from Sportaid and the service has been great. If they do not have a product in stock, they will let you know right away and when they expect it in. I've used them for several years and still have not been burned by them.
I purchased some magic bullet from sportaid and by mistake I put the wrong ZIP Code mind you I had my zip code that was wrong but I had my phone number UPS want to send it back to sportaid they told me I had to pay them $40 for a shipping the product back to me because they got charged $30 for it to be sent back to them. These people keep over half my money and took close to three weeks before they sent it be careful of this company. They are fraudulent when I called to speak to the manager she left no concern for their customers. The customer relations is horrible.

I will make sure that anybody I know who is a handicap person who hast to use this product never comes to this company so they don’t have to suffer like I did
