I am a teacher and was looking for websites offering ready-made video modeling DVDs for autistic students (called "on the spectrum"). I came across the above website, liked what I saw, viewed some sample videos, and 1)joined the site for 29.95 on my Discover Card, then made a DVD purchase, also on my Discover card. That was on 5/17/11. Immediately after joining, I went into the site to access it as a member. I could not do so, because I had no "membership ID #". The site said to contact them for the membership ID #, and a "contact us" form came up, which I filled out, asking for a membership ID# with which to register and get a user name and password. I received no reply for over a week. I repeated the contact form, and again received no reply. I emailed the customer service email address, again receiving no reply. Today, a month later, I still have received no reply, nor have I received the DVD which I paid for. I again emailed customer service and also emailed the sales department (today). This is completely unacceptable and I do intend to file a complaint with the FBI and the FTC. However, the site lists no phone # and no physical address. The only thing I have to go on is the transaction info from my credit card statement: spectrumkeys Warwick, RI. The site is registered on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkdIn, as well as other social sites, but again, there is no physical address or phone # given. I came across the site using Google. I do not expect to hear from them as a result of the emails I sent today. The site LOOKS great, but that's all. So I cannot even give it a 1-star rating. I believe it may be just sitting there collecting money.
