Absolutely disgrace! Bought a phone cover which I waited months for, once it arrived it was poor quality despite costing £11. I returned it in January and contacted customer numerous times, to no avail. Still awaiting my refund...
An online business that takes people's money, sends out a thank you for your purchase' email and then ignores your follow up requests and you don't receive any products. Luckily I bought through PayPal who refunded me under their buyer protection, but this scam business is still operating and people are falling for it like I did. Their positive reviews on their website are written by them and fake. Avoid at all costs.
One case has not arrived. No response to emails or text via their company WhatsApp after more than a week of trying to contact them. The best part is they sent an automatic-style email out after the order with completely fake tracking data, which was supposedly for my order. The tracking number showed a parcel was delivered already- but the delivery date was 2 days before I'd even placed my order! Oh, and the address was in the USA, when I'm in the UK.
They seem to go around having negative reviews removed. I've had to get the money back via my credit card company. Avoid.
I very stupidly made a purchase through this website I bought a phone case and a watch band. They even gave me a fake tracking number. I have tried to contact the company probably over a dozen times in the last couple weeks and have not heard anything back. I love my case from here the finish is really pretty and beautiful, fantastic experience from this company, first time buyer and really impressed with the quality and styles and prices, free delivery was sweet so a win for me!

I ordered 2 spectra cases on 04/12/20. Today is 08/13/20. I spent $30 on phone cases that have never been sent to me! When I emailed to the spectra help email, I never heard back. This company scams!
