Soundcloud is an excellent alternative to the more famous streaming services that provide music. At least it doesn't insert commercial breaks every second like Spotify, so you have to buy a Premium just to be able to listen to music. And also Soundcloud has a wide selection of various livesets of electronic music that you can't find anywhere but there. The quality of audio is not ideal, but it is fixed by premium subscription. But the free version works completely fine.
It's impossible to contact them about issues regarding subscriptions account errors etc They say they have customer service but their chat bot never gets back and their emails to subscribers are "no reply". Honestly it's all hype, cool sexy gig pictures and no real commitment or involvement with music creators who are struggling to be noticed and need all the help they can get. Put your tracks on YouTube instead!
I love this site, mostly for the archives. Archives of most artists, it's nice. Although they're are too many ads.
Soundcloud is a music streaming service where you can listen to music you've uploaded or music that you've discovered. It's a great music discovery platform and one of the most popular sites for free music. I like it because you can find all the genres there and young creators who make astonishing music but are not that popular yet. I have Spotify too, but I use Soundcloud more often.
Absolutely the most BRILLIANT and ENJOYABLE Podcast is Media Roots with Abby Martin and her brother, Robbie. They are true journalists, who defy the corporate and self censoring of so called "journalists". Abby and Robbie are on the level of Noam Chomsky for their combined ability to deconstruct with alacrity "the manufactured consent" to violence that we are trapped in and they are funny as hell.
Soundcloud is one of the top most company of the globe even its customer support number *******232 is also so good.
The best way to get your music heard (especially for free). Or at least a great starting point. Other sites like "reverbnation" or "bandcamp" just don't seem to have the volume that SC does. Although those sites have their own specialties, SC is at the top of the music streaming game. I prefer it over those and spotify because it is the easiest way to find other underground artists and form relationships that both parties can benefit from.
This is easily the best music app around
The trance tracks:
Adam faith. Darius odonnell. Armin van buuren. To mention a few are just different level
The apps easy to use, has a massive collection and something for everyone also reasonably priced. Whoever thought this up is obviously pure genius.
You can't simply expect more from a music app. From Jazz to Trance, it's all in there. The best thing about it is that it's absolutely free and I hope it will always be.
Only aspect that needs to be improved is more originals instead of remixes and covers.
I've had their app for ages, they're free to use with some ads and have a great track selection to pick from!
A great service to take your favorite music with you wherever you go. Been their "client" for 2 years already and I think will never stop. I recommend!
They made me a promo for free and they did an interview too and all thats stuufff
I never had problem with those people
THEY ARE AWESOME
This wonderful program was advised by my friend.
I had before not bad program for downloading music, but when I started using the Sound Cloud, I deleted it. I really like the assortment of music, that it is divided into categories. In my playlist is playing now - Housing Corp - Trump Guest Mix
This site has been such a great community to share and listen to awesome tracks. If you haven't given it a try, what are you waiting for?!?! It's just a great service.
I have soundcloud for my music. The sound is very clean and sharp. I think next month I will upgrade to the pro version, keep up with gr8 work!
Sticking to this service since the first time I was introduced to it - loads of great music available for free. It does not have all the genres, but for instance my favourite Techno is always there with various performers and types of style. Great!
Im a cheap bytch so i just use the free accounts. They give you somethin like 2 hours of recording time. That part sux but in the end, i made it work for me. I use the 2 hours free accounts as individual albums. So every time i create a new album, i create a new soundcloud n provide linx to it from the others. I dont get wild new listeners unless i promote the shyt out of my musick. This could be due to the nature/content of it though. Its dark, twisted, crazy punk/grunge hybrids. Definitely not for everyone. But all in all, its super easy to use, super easy to navigate, and in the couple years ive been using them, i cant say i have even one legit complaint. Sure it could be better, but i aint found anything better as of yet. Highly recommended all in all. Have a good one. Good luck to you. Cheers. <3 natalie cleotatra kobrapuke of TOXIC DELIRIUM. Dark frequencies studios. Crimson kamikaze mafia productions.
A nice service containing music of all kinds and genres. The only thing thats strange for me - why does it still lack music caching.
If I had a smartphone with unlimited internet I would be using this as my main source of music while driving!
One of the top music apps out there. You take your favourite music with you whenever you go... If you dont want to search yourself - just find a few people with same taste and follow the reposts :)
I absolutely love soundcloud. It is the best music website of our time. Uploading songs are painless. You can share music publicly or keep it private. The coolest feature is that when you listen to a song you see the wavelengths of the entire song. Users can click on exact seconds of the song and make comments. As the song plays the comments will pop up as the time elapses them. Very cool and constructive for people who create music.
Pandora is great. But lately i started listening to SoundCloud and they are just as good
A source of new club music for me. Subscribed to some channels which issue new podcasts and some interesting standalone tracks - all good and fun!
I have previously used other streaming programs and have found SoundCloud really easy to use. I love that when you follow an artist it has tracks and sets from them making it really easy to just press play without going to the trouble of creating a playlist. Would be amazing if we had unlimited data, sometimes it can take a while to load.
This is the tip-tops, as far as I'm concerned. The ONLY thing i dislike is the fact that like EVERYTHING on SoundCloud is@ 128kbps, even the items you purchase from what I can see, as I have like never, EVER actually BOUGHT a music file with a bit rate of 128kbps (I mean, like would YOU...(!?)) Seriously though, would YOU part with YOUR hard-earned cash for music at THAT low a quality, especially knowing that like no self-respecting musician in the year of 2016 would submit/upload an audio file with the quality dumbed down to that level. Hell, even Amazon.com, ripoff that they are, only has the audacity to set the site-wide low bar@ 256kbps...!
I mean, i get it that you are doing good works by putting a whole LOTTA artist's stuff up online for free or very cheap, artists whose work, going through "normal channels", would never see the light of day, but audiophiles like myself do exist (you know, the ones who can tell the difference between 192kbps and. WAV or 320kbps files and sometimes even between 192kbps and 256kbps! And what with 4, 6, 8 and even 16 TB HDDs becoming more and more affordable, i try to get no lower than 256kbps unless it's like completely free or "donate what you feel is right".
Please, think about it, huh?
An endless archive of my favorite music updating daily! Here you can find any style and any music for all possible moods and situations. Completely brilliant!
