Lousy customer service

The toothbrushes they sell are great, but don't ever sign up for their "free brush head replacement" scam. They charge more for "shipping" than the cost of what they send you. The same goes for their warranty that goes with it.
Don't think you can just call them and solve your problems either. Their customer "service" is terrible.
