I had a problem with an error message on trying to activate software purchased from SoftwarePug. I called support and was connected to Jay. He logged into my computer and fixed the problem in less than 2 minutes. Very happy customer!

I ordered "instant download" product (well known antivirus) online. They charged my cr. Card (bank of america, not some Nigeria prince cr. Card). Next day I called them "where is my product?". They said 'we can't get it from the provider now, but we're working on it". Ok (I'm thinking - why do you sell something that you can't get.) Next day they refunded $ to my cr. Card - no explanation why. What a waste of time and hopes.

Great company, I ask for installation help and this guy immediately took over my computer and run the installation download. I'm impressed how technical they are. I don't have to pay extra just to load the software. Other company will ask you extra money but this company is true and sells good working softwares.
