I bought a key for microsoft Offie for 39,95. Years ago, this site provided excellent keys and when something wasnt working, support was great.
However, now it was the total opposite. The key wasnt working. Support is not responding to requests. At the moment, the whole business feels like a scam. You pay and dont get anything in return. Pity.

I purchased (4) Office 2021 Professional Plus for use in our office. Had trouble downloading, but eventually go it to work. But when I went to activate the product (2) of the (4) said the key had been used too many times, so it could not be activated. The other (2) just said "Did not activate". I tried reaching out via chat feature (it says right on top that agents would be in contact within 5-10 minutes) and waited over an hour with absolutely no response. Also reached out via email and have received no response to that either. Prices were good, but worthless if you cannot activate the products purchased or receive any support if there are issues. Of course they do not offer a refund option either. Waste of time an money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Have purchased an Office 2019 Key. During installation, there was an error message on my computer. After initial correspondence, the supplier has supported me in an exemplary manner via a remote maintenance program and fixed the error on my PC. For the use there are 5 stars!

Purchased MS Office Pro Plus 2019 key code. All download links they provided in email were 404 not found on their website. Per their documentation you log into another support. Softwarelic. Page but it wouldn't let me. Said username & pass didn't match, but could still log into main website. Clicked "forgot password" and said account suspended. No responses from them using contact us form other than automated ones. Used official MS download process but after installing & registration process began it said the code had been used too many times and was invalid.

I paid Euro 74.95 for Office 21, they did not deliver I have sent message after message but they dont answer at all. Now bought the same Office at another company for 55 Euro.
