Hats off to Snowshred I had an amazing experience returning a snowboarding jacket (didn't fit well on my 12 yrs son), it was fast and easy, and with the costumer service, who was very helpful and thoughtful replacing a google lens. Thank you! I will buy Snowshred again soon.
These people banned my zip code. Nobody in my zip code can buy from them. They say it is because there had been frauds in the past.
Who bans an entire zip code?
I had to get my purchase sent to a UPS store where they charged me $7 to pick up.
Update: Snowshred contacted me and they were actually nice. They gave me a discount on the purchase so they partially reimbursed me and they modified the shipment so I could receive the package at home. For that reason I am now changing the 1 star review to 3 star. The problem is that I had to put an awful review for them to take care, because the first lady did not pay any attention to me. Also they still have a huge problem with their website, it is ridiculous that they are banning entire zipcodes.
The website has a great selection and competitive pricing and availability for a few ski models I couldn't find elsewhere. I had to cancel one of the items after I had placed an order, called customer service and after a short hold girl assisted me in no time at all and cancelled no problem since the order hasn't shipped yet. Other companies would give such a hard time! Will deff buy from snowshred again
Everything from the shopping experience customer service has been superb for me. The reason I am writing this review and giving them 2 star is because of their delivery nightmare.
They are trying to fullfiled their fast delivery promise but failing to deliver to the right place and person multiple times which cause me to wait 3 days to even start processing the refund. I placed the order to my workplace, it has complete address with the shop name and number. Shopping center is also 1 story. Super easy to locate on the Google map. However, they have failed to deliver 3 times, for 3 separate orders. Once they left it right in the middle of the shopping center corridor at 6 pm, worse still near the wrong shop. Twice they left the parcel to the same wrong shop without double checking my name. SMH.
2 of these times I wasn't called on the phone.
I got the snowboard jacket. It's warm and incredibly comfortable. I love the different patterns/colors offered and the price is super reasonable. My jacket came very quickly and I'm beyond happy with my purchase!
Found exactly what I wanted checkout was simple and straight forward. Never heard of this company before but would certainly use again depeneding on how delivery goes.

Orderd the one piece suit for a trip to NZ, it arrived looked then got to NZ and notied the lining on the left arm and not been stitched in do it was it was not ok to ware. I repoted this to Snowshred and they noted that "our products undergo a manual quality check by our warehouse staff before being packed and shipped. Therefore, the product you received should not have any quality issues." However you can clearly see that the arm lining has completed been misssed being stitcehd togeher. What a joke after spending a large amoutn of money with them as I purshaced suits for not only myselft but for my firends. They need to do better
I placed my order and somehow missed where the discount code that was offered was supposed to go. The order went through without me having added the code. I contacted SNOWSHRED by email after I realized the order was placed without the code explaining what happened. I recieved a response and my error was resolved quickly by them. I received my items quickly and am pleased with the customer service! Thier prices are reasonable and sale prices are great!

I think Snowshred is great, yeah the quality of the clothes isn't great but you get what you pay for, I only ever order stuff that people have uploaded pictures of in the reviews to give an idea of the size and quality and I've never had an issue, but delivery is slower than they state on line.

They had every thing I wanted and that's it they got some other stuff I like to and the prices have to be the best around I mean I can't find them better any ware else and it's a fantastic site it's always got something someone would want or has wanted and that's kinda cool and retro if any thing else "love it"
NOT A SCAM! Just ordered an one piece in pink. Custom service was helpful for sizing and my snow suit arrived in less than 1week. I live in Australia and snowboard/ski multiple times a week. I usually wear north face, 686, volcom, okley and trust me, their snow suit COMPARES and you can't beat the price! Definitely recommend...
