Spent 1300 dollars (was 1500 before discount) on snow clothing after I purchased everything online I received a email stating that half the stuff I ordered was not in stock.
Then after I asked to change gear and if I would get anything for the mess around they just stopped replying and have not sent my money back.
Currently seeking legal advice on this matter.
Would never recommend to anyone and would strongly recommend avoiding.
Placed the order a couple days ago, still no shipping. Item says in stock. Great price but that means nothing if it takes them close to a week to even ship the "in stock" item. Won't be shopping here again... great price means nothing if I can't use the item because they take forever to ship it.
Snowshred cancelled our account with no notice and they had almost no notes in their system on what the issue was and no explanation about why we were not notified in advance. When I finally got a hold of them they were not helpful at all and just did not care about what happened. They just kept saying they cant help me because my account is cancelled due to some ACH issue between banks. Our first notice this was happening, after over a decade of service, was our customers not being able to book online and it continued to not work for 36 hours while I got set up with another company.
The website was slow in loading/refreshing (other websites at the same time didn't have issue so it wasn't our internet connection) and also the checkout process required multiple times refresh to process the order
Super happy with my purchase. I had 2 chat support agents help with sizing and I was still nervous if they would fit and they fit to perfection! Never been happier with a purchase. Superb quality and style and the company was exceptional to deal with. Oh and the delivery time was unbelievably fast!

This jacket/coat is perfect for my younger brother. He weighs almost 130 pounds and is about 5'6 and a Medium was perfect.
I would say it runs true to size and is very spacious for when he wears large hoodies and sweaters.
Recommend 10/10!

Snowshred has great products and great prices! My big issue is I purchased an item online and it took over day and a half for my order to be processed.
Brilliant! Ordered a snowboard jacket a few days ago and it arrived today - incredibly quick service. The jacket is perfect, the quality superb, and it was beautifully packaged. Will definitely be ordering again and would recommend in a heartbeat.

This jacket is thin, but doesn't lack for warmth. Felt like a superhero, immune to cold and wind through an often single degree Chicago winter, and I'm often outdoors for work. It looks good except the hood, while very warm, has a bit of a janky fit, so I took it off after wearing it once.
I wouldn't recommend it for more mild climates as it's too warm above 30.
I'm 5ft 7in, pretty broad across chest and shoulders and a medium fits well, in a form fitting kind of way. The length is good for me but could be a bit short for those of you blessed with more height.
Honestly the best customer service I have ever received. Prompt and helpful replies to your queries in online chat and staff go above and beyond if there is anything wrong with your delivery/order.
