Snap Drive

I have sent money to this site and now my account doesn't work. YEA! Someone please check these guys out so that no one else gets screwed! Please!

I have had a pro account with Snapdrive.net since January, 2007.

There appears to be a cycle with them... they operate@ 99% most of the time, but every 12 to 18 months they have an outtage, and when they have an outtage, it is usually a very bad one, and long lasting... one week to 3 or 4 weeks of NO service.

In September 2008 they had a very long outtage, like the one being experienced now, and when they came back online, EVERYONE'S files were 100% wiped out. I spent 13 hours rebuilding my account after that.

This current outtage did it for me... I am now with filefactory. Be sure and log into your Paypal account and stop your auto payments with Snapdrive.net.

The owner's name is Brian... I forget his last name, but it doesn't matter, as he has blocked all methods of contact for pro users.

Not recommended. I am sorry to have to say this, as they were ideal for me in many ways, and for a long time.

Goodbye Snapdrive. Forever.

Hi my username is nitindh since yesterday i have been trying to login in to this site, it logs me in but gives me the following message:

Unable to access user folder for nitindh. This could be due to the userfiles folder not being CHMODed correctly.

When i click on the support link it takes me to a website which does not exist.It was working fine 10 days back. I have been using this site since almost 2 years but i never had a problem. I am having a problem as i need the files which i have uploaded. I have tried contacting the owners of the site after i got their info from whois.com but there is no response. Please help.My email is *******@yahoo.com.
