A nasty bunch who couldn't care less about you! Shop elsewhere!

Heaven help you if you have any contact with this arrogant, rude bunch of crooks. Their on-line chat person was an absolute idiot in my opinion and would not assist me in any way when I asked for clarification of an expected delivery date and pick up location. Avoid. See TRUSTPILOT reviews BEFORE you are tempted to buy from these idiots. Currently 66% of SMYTHTOYS reviews are 1 star or less.

Ware gekauft, sofort bezahlt jedoch nie Erhalten. Kundensupport meldet sich überhaupt nicht und wenn man doch jemanden erreicht wird man mit lächerlichen Aussagen zum Affen gemacht. War ein sehr teures Spielzeug und mein Kind musste dank diesem Saftladen ohne sein Wunschspielzeug die Zeit im Krankenhaus verbringen.
