Heaven help you if you have any contact with this arrogant, rude bunch of crooks. Their on-line chat person was an absolute idiot in my opinion and would not assist me in any way when I asked for clarification of an expected delivery date and pick up location. Avoid. See TRUSTPILOT reviews BEFORE you are tempted to buy from these idiots. Currently 66% of SMYTHTOYS reviews are 1 star or less.

Register.com seem to be a very big business operating out of the U.S. whilst they do appear to have lots of 'satisfied' customers they also have many who they have hacked off - I'm one of them! Do not sign up for any of their services without reviewing their criticism on a number of sites on the web including Sitejabber. I am having on-going problems with them taking unauthorised payments from my CC account. Even the CC company seem unable to stop them. Once they have your account details they will persistently take your money and you will not be able to prevent it.Be warned!

I'm not confident that this company are as legitimate as they appear on their website. Discovered a number of serious accusations about them after I had registered. They didn't have any of the things I was looking for (Which I discovered after they had obtained my credit card details)

Be careful. Read the various review sites before registering with them!
