Smith's Food and Drugs

Over the last 4 weeks that I've purchased produce from Smith's. My experience with the quality has been very poor. I purchased a 10lb bag of potatoes. I had to throw more than half the bag away because the potatoes were either very green or rotten. A tomato that I bought looked great great from the outside but was a dark brown in the very center when I cut ito it. I resent purchase 3 avocados. I selected them to be ripe. All three were rotten to the core. As a former employee of this company. I am very distributed with where the quality produce has gone. Especially when I see the ads on TV promoting the very freshest produce. Normally I do not write reviews. But with the price of good being what they are. You would expect what is advertised.

It is not hard to tell that Kroger owns Smith's now. The prices are high, the selection is dropping, even if the item sells great and has not been discontinued, and they now charge me 50 cents to get a twenty back on my debit card after buying 100 dollars in groceries! It isn't a separate transaction, I paid with my debit card. Sad!

Been waiting for ages to get a grocery store to deliver. Workaholic lifestyle doesn't allow for much spare time to shop. It is a shame that not EVERY item in the store has been added to the 'menu' just yet, but it's progress!

My store has always had very helpful and pleasant clientele. My only problem is that many times on product items that are very popular they're never seems to be enough when they advertise them perhaps review orders more closely.Can't get pic mike was cashier at 1255 Baring storeon Fri the 2nd,ref#******* Total: 427.89.

I love Smith's pick up! I do not like walking around the store trying to find items. I can sit at home and order and pick up the following day. On the day I pick up I can drive to the store, pick up the groceries, stop at the PO, drive home and put them away in an hour. I do have a couple of problems. Expired dates and being shorted free items. It may take a while but they always make it right!

Looking ahead at the weekly ad for next week at Smiths, they will SELL you a 12-pack of Pepsi for $3.99 with a Smiths card AND a digital coupon. Without these incentives they state the REGULAR price is $8.99/12 pack. I CHALLENGE anyone in the U.S. to find Pepsi for $8.99 a 12-pack. It WON'T HAPPEN. FALSE advertising, misleading and out and out LYING.

We have shop at smiths for years but lately I been thinking to change stores because protocol is not the same anymore and we want our friendly cashiers back lately the cashiers seem to not like there job there always I mean always talking about personal matters while I'm in line to purchase my items of $200 or more there always complaining about managers and management my cashier was flower that's what the receipt says and she's very unprofessional her and the cashier next to where we where they where basically screaming across us well scanning items I'm like wow complaining about managers and employees and management I basically heard the whole conversation I felt very uncomfortable lucky my children weren't there but you guys can look on cameras at 458 3/29/2023 I go in to shop for our food not to hear cashiers problems sincerely Thank you!

The Smith's in Rock Springs, WY hires predatory creeps who stalk women. I'm being stalked by a complete stranger WHOSE NAME I DON'T EVEN KNOW just because they hire CREEPS. I've been to 3 Smith's stores in my entire life and only ONE of them was normal. The other one was cramped and full of drug addicts. Absolutely disgusting, reprehensible store.
