Smart Needle

I have purchased from this site twice. I had to write at least 8 times to get a response, then and only then did they tell me it was my faulty, yet shortly afterwards I finally received the design. I purchased a second, yet again my designs are not available and they are blaming it on me. I have requested the original e-mail that contained the designs, as of yet (11 days later) I have not received. People who purchase from this site has an account, designs you purchase are available, but the free designs they promise you are kept off of your account. I can give you my opinion why, but I must stick to facts. They are horrible people to deal with and they are literally lying to you. I have every e-mail from them, I am here to tell you their bogus sales are at 65 and the actual e-mails are maybe 5. Horrible customer service. I hope they will learn, but they have been around a long time, I don't know how with calling their customers liars, and the issue lies with the customer and not the lack of attention by Smart needle. By the way, still don't have the free design.
