It was hard to change the shipping once my order was placed--I clicked on the wrong thing and it shipped to the billing address instead of the shipping address once. My kid was unhappy with the bean-heavy items, and felt there weren't enough snacks to be excited about to justify the price.
Brandon was responsive and helpful. The basket was not shipped as fast as I had initially hoped, but in the end it arrived quickly and had a nice variety of delicious snacks. Would definitely order a gift with them again -- thanks!

We ordered a large Holiday Box and it was packed with tasty snacks. Loved the variety, it had everything from sweet chocolate bars to salty popcorn to healthy granola, something for every snacking mood :) The home delivery is nice, no more trips to several stores to find your favorite snacks.
Purchased this for a friend who just had a baby. Parents with newborns barely have time to eat or sleep during the newborn phase. She and her family appreciated this unique gift very much. Also, this company has great presentation in that My gift arrived to her house with a card and a bow.

A small mishap with the original tracking being cancelled and no communication that a new one was issued, but the packaged did make to the destination quickly, within a few days! A great gift to send college students.
Your website works very well and my order was delivered promptly. It just wasn't the product I thought it was. That is not your fault. If you ever get the Fat Snax Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies, I will be very interested in buying those.

I had no worries about receiving before Christmas because I was notified on the progress of shipment as it was processed and shipped. Recipient was very pleased with gift.
