Small Claims Filing

I have to rate them as a 1 star but truly they are NO stars for me! They have a refund policy and do not honor it! I accidentally ordered 3 - computer glitch - I requested a refund as per their refund policy within 24 hours. I still don't have my money back! The customer service sucks too.they don't respond …can't talk to a person only emails... leaving me hang as to the refunds for days with no response! I have attached their own policy! If only they used it!

I paid for a package through smallclaimsfiling.com for a demand letter. After a week, I have heard nothing. When I look at my account, it just says that the order has been received. I have tried to contact them multiple times via their online contact only and no response. Giving them til end of the day before I go to my credit company and get my money back. Absolutely terrible. Better to use a template for a demand letter than to use them as they are worthless.

My friend borrowed money from me. He was not returning the money even after repeated requests. Someone recommended me small claims service. I used small claims service and within 5 to 7 days I got my money back. All done as it should, nothing to be unhappy about their service. Therefore I would highly recommend their services

I hired a fake contractor to work on my house and he dragged it out for several months and I asked him to leave and he put a lien on my house for more than the amount he quoted. I contacted lawyers in the area and they do not take anything as small at that. $6000. I filled out online with Small Claims Filing and paid the fees and never heard back. No feedback, no contact just take the money and run.

Sent me to the wrong court house twice. Wasted money on an unnecessary money order, and unnecessary certified mail. Emails are answered at 2am, leading me to believe the company is on the other side of the world. When I fired them and asked (twice) for a refund... crickets. Will go through my credit card company to get my money back. Total waste of time and money. They do not know what they are doing. DO NOT USE!

After hiring this company to take care of the small court filing process, the documents were incomplete. They only typed in the name and addresses. I had to handwrite all of the document information They did not return my message for assistance in filling out the form. My documents were returned by the court delaying my claim. The $130 fee did not include the certified mail cost. Do not use this company. They do not have a contact phone number or address.

I paid for both a demand letter and a small claims filing have a receipt or both. I got the demand letter but they say I didnt pay for the small claims filing I sent them the receipt and they wont respond since then.

I hired small claims filing company to draft my demand letter and file small claims against the defendant. I paid for both of the services. They drafted the demand letter and it worked very well. Defendant paid my money back and Small Claims Filing refunded me for the small claims. Isn't it good? Wowo. I loved it.

Bad grammar on demand letter, paperwork was done incorrectly and I've been told to send it to the wrong court house. I've spent $20 on multiple certified mail plus their fees.

Since day one I have had issues with getting in touch and get timely responses from this company i now have a court date on Friday and was told that the courts do not have the paperwork showing that they Serve the defendant it is in another state and I don't know what to do as far as a court date horrible customer service I would not let anybody use this company

When you pay for small claims service that is exactly what you get. Excellent service. I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend. I'm very impressed of their service.

I am very happy with the service. They were very responsive. Although they are very busy because of the backlogs but they helped my in every step. I highly recommend.

4/5 days NO RESPONSE is this yet another Scam. They give you an online option but no phone number. NOTHING Iasled questions I paid mt dues and n help, no follow up, this loks like yet another scam. AVOID!
