Buyer beware!

Buyer beware!. I will never use this website again. I was billed for a product that I ordered, and it is presently 15 days and I have not received it. I call the *******300 customer service line, and after holding for 30 mins got cut off. I am still unable to contact them, and I have not received my products. ADVISE... USE A MORE RELIABLE WEBSITE... PURCHASING FROM THIS SITE WILL NOT BE A REWARDING EXPERIENCE. I am presently persuing a refund through my banking agent.
