For all the bad reviews out there that complain about not winning fake money when you spend your real money...don't.

Feeds addictive behavior. Changes game rules just before you can complete medals game so you will have to buy coins to win. Unethical practice.

Somehow when you win on slotomania 4+5 does not equal 9. Maybe 7, maybe even 6. This site cheats you. Too bad as the slots are entertaining. But the company is a rip off.

When I first started playing, it was a great game. Over the past year, it's been harder to win money to just cover your bet. The prices of coin packages have risen for the number of coins received. If you decide to buy, be sure to read the "fine print". For example, the package where you can win up to 2500% or 2000%, doesn't mean there is that particular percent included on the drink choices.
Daily dashes are harder to accomplish, especially when the fourth is to collect 2,100 club points. If you don't have many coins, reaching that amount is difficult. Of course, there is the option to purchase a package to collect the dash. But is it really worth it? But then where else would they make the money to put out television commercials.
ACE packages are no longer available when playing new games.
There is always the option to write to customer service to make suggestions for the game. Of course in my opinion, they are filed in the "circular" folder.
It's a shame. A game that used to be fun has been flushed down the drain.

Been playing Slotmania 6-7 years and still on platinum stage. Lost my status points every year. At one stage I was up to 58% status now I am back to 3% in the New Year 2023. A total rip off! All they want is your money. I will never get to Diamond stage! Thinking of giving up playing.

They currently have a Holiday game called "The Book of Ho Ho Ho. A pimp looking Santa and his "3 Ho's" This isn't the first time I've seen this type of thing from them. They also have made it impossible to win all your cards unless you make purchases, but they will deny this as usual.

The game does very shady stuff. Changes your bet during auto spin. And of course, the max bet button is easy to access. Seems like the machines are just a little extra tight on the day that they have a lot of promotions going on. Very shady game. Please do not get scammed with your money purchasing any of their coin packages. I've been a member since 2011 I have never been treated so poorly by a slot machine app. And very shady truly don't see how they are legal. Hate to even give a one star they don't deserve that.

Okay so I'm a big time or was a big time Slotomania fan for years since about 2012. I have played this game religiously since I've been recuperating from an accident at work I've had plenty of time to play I'm sorry to say that I have spent so much money on this game because I wanted the extra coins to play bigger bets well I've realized that this game is nothing but a scam I have caught it multiple times in the game Fill the Till as soon as a big jackpot or multiple at times is about to hit the game literally goes to another screen then when you return the win isn't there. I literally completed the same Super dash which is a daily task list that you complete through the day well I completed it 5 times within 2 minutes lol just tonight. That's impossible for a couple reasons which one is you wouldn't complete ZZZ 5 super dashes of the same task more than one time, secondly superdash is more time consuming that it just couldn't and wouldn't happen. These platika people are so greedy that they have taken the fun out of the same game they invented. I have multiple accounts all level 30,000 or above, all Diamond Status and I still don't have my VIP Host bc slotomania decided to put a freeze on my account after I won't 6 quadrillion coins only to unlock it 18 months later with 14 trillion coins. Now where did my coins go?! They are liars, cheaters, and scum. This website/ app needs to be shut down PERIOD. The BBB won't accredit them bc theist of complaints are so many miles long that it's pathetic. Now you will have a couple complaints about just about e every thing in life but not as many as slotomania.com has. Save yourself some trouble and stay away from these crooks. I am about to seek legal counsel to see what I have to do to get some of the thousands of dollars back that I've been cheated out of.

Game gives very little but requires you to spend money offten if you want to progress. Too many pop ups. Many good games but gameplay is spoiled by company greed. Players lose hope and money quickly and leave. A high turnover of dissatisfied players.

F this site, rigged to clean you out. 90 Trillion lost in 2 days. They say it's random number generator, it's really rigged algorithms. Don't even think of spending money here, the vacuum is ON.

You should not believe anything customer service says. You can talk to two reps about the same issue and you will get completely different answers.
The game constantly "looses connection" Example you make a large bet and you never win or lose the wheels just keep spinning and never stop" You try to collect a free coin bonus and a circle with a arrow constantly circles counterclocwise... with no way to stop it except exit and if you exit your "free gift" is gone!
Bottom line... stay away from this game. It's supposed to be free but you are constantly undulated with ads to buy something. And probably worst of all it IS ADDICTIVE.

I played the game sense it came out and it was always fun. Over the years they have taken most of the old games out that we all loved so much. And replaced with cash cows. Poor payouts compared to what you bet. Bonus are rare and don't even get me started about jackpot you use to have a chance but it appears now only bots win those.
Customer service team use to be helpful but it appears cut backs has hit them two.
The most changes that seem to be made with the game is when the world was down because of the Covid-19 everyone was stuck at home and I feel that's when the rigged machines really come in affect. Now the is very few wins unless you keep credit card on file. If your thinking about this game there is better games out there. There is no care left in this game just pure greed.

Seems everytime you log in to play, they change the full layout and have issues with not giving you your winnins. Ace Pack extra spins locks and then goes away. Lost 11 total so called free spins in 2 days. Reported to Customer Service and they passed the buck, like the Demorats do, trying to blame me telling me it was my connection and not enough RAM. I have been playing for many years. This used to be fun, but they have added features which take the fun away. When I sign in now I get a half dozen adds to spend money before I can begin to play. They added this cat feature (aurora) that is just a money making scheme. You get it almost filled and then get blasted with adds to spend money to fill it. Now they make you earn feed for it to fill the dash bar. More money grabbing adds follow. Will be leaving soon.
