Spent a fortune on here and the slingo games can be addictive! But when I lowered my deposit limit (trying to be more responsible as i hardly withdrew anything!) which then immediately resulted in them banning my account. Its actually a blessing to me to get away from this awfully run website. BEWARE!
My partner has a gambling problem but with my help weve been keeping her online gambling to a sensible weekly amount on slingo! If she wins a few quid if gives her more to play with. However the other day she won £2k and she attempted to withdraw it. After several days of asking for further Id which she has provided they have just closed her account and are refusing to discuss further with her.
Im going to seek legal help and take them through the small claims court. My only worry is that as they are based in Guernsey are they exempt from uk court law?

Won £2500 was over the moon. Tried to withdraw and they won't pay out. The customer service was appalling. They happily took my money but will not pay out. Please please don't waste your money.
Firstly a forced bonus of £5 on sign up/in with NO mention of the wagering requirements or how to get it removed. Result, 600 spins later, £75 deposited of my own cash and £366 in bonus wins sat in the bonus account i cant take out. I just asked support how much i have left to wager to be able to withdraw and the answer was £11,884! Robbers. STAY AWAY!
Disgusted to say the least. Spent over £1000 over the past year and won around £100/200 max and withdrew nothing. Got addicted to it as it was fun more than anything. Awful site, says deposit failed buy actually come out of bank account. Can't get through on phone to speak to an advisor. Requests PDF format of bank account to show money taken from bank. Won't compensate with a bonus for their error. Says if proven an error then refund will take upto a week and half. Dreadful customer service, Avoid!

Rubbish! I have been playing on this site for a couple of years. Ive never had a decent win and conveniently, you are "logged out" when you have had a bonus win. Once I have used my credit up, I will not be depositing with Slingo or its partners.

It is very simple to use, slot screens are a reasonable size for my failing eyesight, there are no distracting, flashing animations, other than on the game your playing. I am prone to migraines so this is so much easier on the eye and it makes for a more relaxing game.

Dreadful games and bonus's, been online gambling for few years and netent games are some of the worst. The convoluted win lines and the eye candy graphics are there to draw your attention away from the fact that even though win lines are coming in, it doesn't have any impact on your game to the point you just feel like youre being $#*!ed over.

I joined slingo and won from the free spins met the wager limits i withdrew 50 they wanted id to cerify i sent letters bank statement copy of my card and still they insisted on photo id to pay me i dont have a passport or drive so i would definately not reccomend joining slingo
I have been playing slingo for years as has my wife, you changed everything and we lost our billions in coins and our ranking. WTF were you thinking, not notifying anyone of your plans so we could use our coins in drawings at least. We will never be back to play on your site again. Whoever decided to revamp everything without letting their players know should be fired.
slingo.com has installed a newer version of their website that is total garbage. I have used their previous site for more than 2 years and have had some problems with it but this newer site can't even figure out how to let me sign in so that i can cancel them. I have tried for 3/4 hrs. Today alone to cancel them and they still won't let me sign in to cancel even though i have followed their instructions for cancelation to the letter. Please don't let anyone else be a sucker by allowing these jerks to operate a website that is supposed to be a source of enjoyment, when in fact it is an extreme source of aggravation, etc. if i could sue them for upsetting me(and i am sure many others), i would do so as fast as possible. Thanks for allowing me to speak the facts about this garbage site.
