You know how when you pay a personal trainer, you actually go to the gym and then work out, well, this site is the same concept, You pay them to become a member (don't be fooled by the tag line of them paying you to lose weight, in the end you pay them). The advantage is that it is somewhat goal orientated because you can earn rewards by losing weight. Still you are paying them for the online weight loss advice. This still might be an option for those who need a little encouragement and do not want the interaction of real-life weight loss coaches and trainers.
