Love using slack, very easy, understandable and has just the right amount of extra features to make office life easier.
We've had a very unfortunate experience with Slack, since they literally stole our money: back in March, our company's Slack account was inexplicably blocked, leaving us puzzled and frustrated. We attempted to seek clarification, but our inquiries were met with complete silence. Even worse, our request for a refund was blatantly ignored. It's truly mind-boggling how a company can disregard its customers in such a manner. Desperate for a resolution, I resorted to reaching out to them via email, providing detailed information about our predicament. Surprisingly, they responded promptly. However, as soon as I mentioned the account blockage and the outstanding refund, their replies abruptly ceased. It's almost comical how they conveniently sidestep the issue, leaving us in the dark. The whole thing has recently reached the peak point of its absurdity: they blocked my Twitter account after I commented on their post about the issues. The irony is that they privately messaged me, only to fall silent once again when I questioned the reasons behind the account blockage and the timeline for refunding our money. Take a look at the screenshot below for proof. I strongly advise against dealing with these thieves. Their customer support is terrible; they simply ignore emails and dismiss customer concerns. It's the worst support I have ever encountered, and I've dealt with many companies around the world, so I have something to compare it to. Avoid this company of liars and thieves!

We use this at my work and it's a great way to communicate. Unfortunately, my company is prohibiting us from using it as it's not secure enough.
We use Slack in the office and it is a good corporate messanger. There you can chat, create threads and groups and even call. Really helpful thing. And as for me it is great that they have a mobile app so even if I am not in front the computor I have an acsess to the work chat.
I create a small business and we use to use skype as a way for conference rooms until I hear about slack, is very easy to customize and create independently chat rooms for your employee and co-workers, the price is accessible and the option to create treat within a chatroom is amazing and fast
Reliable for internal communication and team collaboration.
It's very easy to install and deploy.
Effective with instant messaging for the teams.

Slack is mostly used for messaging in different businesses. My personal experience with slack was pretty good. You will not find any difficulties while using slack.
Delivery is quick. I would highly recommend anyone to use stylewe! Good company! Daisyever great, their customer service is great, and the prices are... great!
I use Slack for chatting with colleagues. We have different threads for discussing our projects. Free version is good only for small companies. On the Free plan you can only see and search the most recent 10,000 messages. Voice and video calls are one-on-one only. File storage is 5GB.
If you need more options it is better to buy upgrades.
I used to use the IM feature in google but since I started using slack I have not gone back to google. I like the fact that there are so easy to create groups and things of that nature. I have even used Discord for personal use and I much prefer Slack over that too.
I use Slack for work and it makes working on a remote team incredibly more enjoyable. Not to mention, Slacking is so much easier than trying to keep track of a million different email threads. Can't imagine working without it!
Super! Great app! We are using it at my workplace and it is very convenient! Easy to use and communicate with co workers and friends, it is great that you can create goups and chats with whatever you want. For me it is much more convenient than skype or other programs. Well done!
Slack is fun and easy to use. Used this app to stay in touch with clients on a website project. It's easy to attach files, and stay on top of the status.
Great, convenient, very useful app. Glad to use it for free. Could save chat history though... Overall satisfied.
Lately, Slack calls have been SUPER glitchy. It's like playing phone tag on Slack because it's not "ringing" when you are actually calling. We even have a new hashtag at work because of the DAILY issues we have with Slack lately it's #slackissues It's not just calls, it's the whole app it's been very buggy overall lately and outages too.
I recently started using the app on my phone and was shocked by how comfortable it is for messaging my colleagues. I admire the function that open access to Google doc or excel from inside the slack!
This app is so amazing. From custom emojis to channels to communicate with your colleagues efficiently. Delighted an app like this exists.
We use it at work, and it's fantastic. I can communicate with my colleagues all over the world and now everything is easier! Notifications are great, if you don't want to miss anything.
A great thing to separate your work from your private. I mean it has every messenger function and even more, and you dont need to use your mail/phone/mailing apps to connect with your work environment. Thats cool!
Wouldn't even consider using Slack, but now I can't stop because of the custom emojis and reactions!
I recently started to use slack and it is so much more than just a message board. The ability to search, upload documents and share real time is almost like having your co workers right next to you even though they are in other cities.

I miss ELIZA and Bucket... chatterbots these days are barely any fun at all.
Cool site though; someday I might have a use for it. :)
Has lots of useful features and is a fun way to collaborate with teams. You can share files and create groups with different co-workers to discuss separate aspects of a project.
Tip for consumers:
They have good Android and iOS apps also.
I like it BUT I don't like that when you get a message notification there is no button to hide it immediately.
Slack is where work flows. It's where the people you need, the information you share, and the tools you use come together to get things done.
