We were referred to Skylux by a local friend who has used them for years very happily. I went online and saw good reviews from actual users and lots of doubt and alarm from non-users. We took the plunge on a trip for 4 to Rome, with an added week detour to Beirut. The process was great and our agent was incredible responsive. One tip--if your are 4 or more, start early to get the best flight choices. In early April, we had to move dates just a bit for late september flights. Had we started two weeks earlier, it would have been a cinch.
