Business seats were cheaper that premium main cabin. Con, they push their travel insurance. I've used them before and I'll use them again.

As an Australian/English person the thing that is really annoying is the constant pitch for tips, why don't US employers just pay their workers a liveable wage instead of them having to 'beg' to get a reasonable return for their efforts.
