Order placed 8/14/2025 I have been a customer since Shadowlands and spent thousands with this company. That loyalty means nothing, because when I finally needed support they chose to mislead and exploit me. They sold me a service without disclosing that I would be forced to pay more after the initial purchase. When I asked for a refund, Keily tried to push store credit instead of returning my money. When I refused, they demanded my personal ID, a clear red flag for identity theft. They have now refused to issue any refund at all. This company is dishonest, predatory, and unsafe. Never trust them with your money or your information. Update: They offered again for me to pay more. This is extremely tone deaf. Update 8/16/2025: Simon joined the conversation, continuing their pressure tactics by insisting that "PROs are ready," despite my repeated requests for a refund. They have yet to initiate or process any refund. Instead of addressing the issue, their customer support representatives choose to argue, deflect, and stall rather than fulfill a straightforward refund request. This behavior is unacceptable, unethical, and emblematic of predatory business practices. Update 8/17/2025: Their customer service has now gone completely silent. They refuse to acknowledge my refund request and have stopped responding altogether. This is not only unprofessional but shows a deliberate attempt to ignore and outlast customers rather than resolve issues. Avoid this company at all costs.

I had a terrible experience with Skycoach. Before making my purchase, I was promised that my order would be delivered within 30 minutes on the same day. However, after placing the order, I found out that there was no availability for my server, something the support agent failed to check before encouraging me to proceed.
Since then, I have been chasing responses for days, only to receive misleading or vague updates. At one point, I was even told that my order had been completed—when it clearly had not. The lack of professionalism and proper communication was beyond frustrating.
This has been the worst online purchase experience I've ever had. I requested a refund, and I hope they process it quickly, but I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this service.
